My server Haley was really nice & was on point! Elizabeth the host was also friendly and cleaned my whole time in the restaurant and sat people right away. The manager Alyssa was also friendly & brought my food out nice & hot and she was on the floor communicating with customers as well. Me and my daughter had boneless wings & fries and I had 2 alcoholic beverages and it was all good and we came between 3-6pm during happy hour highly recommend you to come.

I had one heck of a day at this place today. So my husband, son and I went to this location today and the service started good, we were sat down. I had to use the bathroom and had a serious problem. The bathroom smelled horrible. I thought someone had blew the bathroom up after their meal. It was so bad I couldn’t use the bathroom. So I walked out the bathroom and asked an employee if she had air freshener because I thought someone had a blow out. This employee proceeded to let me know it wasn’t a customer problem but their septic tank backed up and it was actually raw sewage I was smelling. I felt disgusted instantly but still had to use the bathroom. So I ended up going to the Nordstrom across the way. We would have left but we came from my son’s dentist appointment and went to this location because I am a Medi-cal provider and my employer was down the street from the Applebee’s.
I get back in 10 minutes from going to Nordstrom and it’s now 20 more minutes (30 minutes) and all we have is water with a lemon. A waitress by the name of Christina over heard how long it’s been and what happened with the bathroom situation. I don’t know how but she stepped in offered a sincere apology and took our order to give to our waitress. Christina came back and let me know our waitress refused to take our order because I said something about the smell. !!UN FN BELIEVEABLE!! So Christina took our table. She was so understanding, kind and she kept it real with us about a lot of the topics that were popping up. Christina Crowe compassion is the only reason why my family and I didn’t walk out and they have 4 stars.
Oh + my husband remembered our original waitress name; and, “Angelica”, You are so wrong; to be upset with me for speaking truth about something I should have went off on and called the health inspector immediately, but I didn’t. I didn’t blame anyone but the manager for keeping the restaurant open when he/she should have shut the place down until the problem was fixed. Christina Crowe deserves a raise. Now that’s called damage control

Well, it’s been years that my husband and I been here.
First, we came in to the restaurant and the first doors look so dirty. The place is really out dated. Looks like the carpets are super dirty. The tables are nice and the chairs too since we sit on the high table which I don’t mind.
The waiter he was nice and attentive Isiah was wonderful and very on top of things.
Now comes the food.
The food that my husband and I ordered as you can see in the pictures does not look like in the pictures on the menu. The chicken was the most disappointing because did not look like the picture. The chicken was good and had onions with mushrooms needed gravy because the mash potatoes needed that.
The sirloin steak kinda looks like the picture but needed gravy for sure. The sirloin steak was good and had flavor but the broccoli needed at least some seasoning.
We ordered the classic combo and the mozzarella cheese sticks.
I love my cheese sticks however they were kind of cold and I don’t really like it like that. I love it nice and hot and my mozzarella sticks to have a cheese pull.
The chips, good. The artichoke dip, good. Chicken wings, eh. The quesadilla did had flavor but little bit of chicken. The salsa doesn’t have jalapeños but it was good had seasoning.
So do I recommend this place?

I took my date to be fancy!! Ok my son and I stopped in for a bite. The place is clean, polite, charismatic and the food is fine. The appetizer platter could be better but it is fine.

Took my son 4 his B-Day, everything was amazing!! Service is good, had to wait about 20mins 4 table. Only complaint I have is: there was several sizable food splatters on walls & booth coulda been cleaned better…

I haven’t been here for some years and it seems like my past review needed a little changing. The food was still very good tasting and definitely worth the money. The disappointing parts were that there just wasn’t very much food for the price. The promotional menu that I ordered my meal off was very misleading. It had a big ad on it limited time $11.99 and had five different meals pictured. Well that price was only for two of the pictures, off to the side and not very visible writing was the price of the others. That was very disappointing to me, let me tell you why, the portions were super small and my shrimp dish I only had five tiny shrimps. I thought this was okay for $11.99 but for $17.99 I don’t think so. For this reason I will be very reluctant if I ever come back or even recommend this to any of my friends or family. I’m definitely not going to recommend it to anybody looking at this review. Try the Chili’s across the street I wish I’d have gone there. For me this trip wasn’t about the food but for the company. I hope it can be that way for you too.

I recently dined at Applebee’s and had a delightful experience overall. We decided to try the combo from the back of the menu, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. The wonton tacos we ordered were a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked.
However, there was a slight hiccup with my husband’s steak. He requested it to be cooked medium well, but it arrived medium instead. While it was still tasty, we would have preferred it cooked as ordered.
One aspect that truly impressed me was our server. She seemed to be putting in a tremendous amount of effort compared to some of her colleagues, who appeared to be less engaged. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly, seated us, and then expertly managed our order from behind the bar, even crafting our drinks herself. Her dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, despite the minor issue with the steak, we had a great meal and appreciated the hard work of our server. We look forward to returning for another visit!

My wife got the grilled cheese burger with tomato soup. The first bowl of soup was thick with a film on top. We sent it back and the second bowl was thin and watery. The manager Chris talked back to us, telling my wife that the soup is meant for dipping, and “comes out of the bag that way, sometimes it’s different.” My ribs were incredibly unappetizing, purpleish meat with a dirty splattered plate. The bathrooms smell terrible and there is a gaping hole in the wall with insulation visible. None of the staff want to be there, I wasted almost 100 bucks on what should have been a nice date night.
