This review is based strictly off service…or lack thereof. Absolutely terrible. There are so many BETTER restaurants in Elk Grove, avoid this Applebees. I have never before felt so much like my business did not matter. I came in to pickup my takeout order and was ignored by every single employee including a female manager. I counted 8+ employees that walked right past me and did not even acknowledge me. Not a “have you been helped?” Or even “someone will be right with you,” nothing. Super unimpressed. Go somewhere that your business is welcomed and appreciated.

Salmon tasted too fishy it was making me nauseous, nothing like Texas Roadhouse(no weird fishiness at all)..green beans/mashed potatoes were ok. Waitress was great though. atmosphere was good too. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.

Never brought sodas but charged for them, then when she was told that at the end of service she said oh do you want them to go. NO I don’t I want them off my bill that took 6days for a refund. Never cleared dirty plates nor from appetizers never brought napkins other than what the utensils were wrapped up in inwhich was cloth! Never checked in on us besides when it was time to pay. Food wasn’t good cold tacos.

This visit was a disappointment. Ordered fish and chips and chicken tenders. Seemed the cook didn’t care. The fish fillet was stuck to each other and the frozen portion was uncooked. Had to return the order. The chicken tenders looked like chicken nuggets. It looked like they fried foster farms chicken tenders and presented it to the customer. They were happy to replace it. From food to cocktail it was a disappointment.
