Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and food I received. I got here today at around 12 pm not very busy. I ordered the all you can eat tenders and fries. By my second order i received maybe 3 tenders and a crumb? And in my first order there was hair in the sauce. By this point I did not even want to continue eating. My server Sean seemed very pushy and seemed annoyed. Seemed to be ignoring us. He did not provide any straws or refills. Would not recommend!!!!

I go to Applebees often, but will find another venue for lunch or dinner. We waited at least 20 minutes to be served a drink from the bar and an hour and a half to be served dinner. When the food came, it was luke warm or, in the case of the chicken dry. All in all our experience at the Applebee’s restaurant in Windsor, CA was not good; and deserves only a one.

I went to this location for an early birthday dinner to myself on the night of December 16th the night before my birthday and then I was sitting at a table and then I ordered my food and asked to move to another booth and a large group of people came into the restaurant and they were seated on the other side of the restaurant and they didn’t bring me ranch like I asked and my mozzarella sticks were luke warm and my drink wasn’t refilled and then 30 mins later I was still waiting for my burger which never came out to me and I wasn’t happy with that so I decided to leave and I called back and was told that I would receive a gift card of $20 in my email and it’s been longer than a week now. I will never go back to this location again

Better than anticipated. Food was good for the price – and for what I would expect of an Applebee’s. Quesadillas were super yummy. If you’re a tech-geek you can order from their nifty tablets on each table. Easier than the service. Wait staff needs to be better trained. Been here three times and waiters are kinda clueless. Nice ambiance and comfty booths to sit at. Oh, and easy parking.

Today was awful. Already not having a good day I wanted to get some hot chicken wings and soup for the rainy day. I ordered French onion soup and usually they have the soup and the breaded topping on the side. (This is though Door Dash that I picked up. Today they gave me a completely different soup. They gave me some type of chicken tortilla soup or something with the breaded cheese topping for the French onion already on top. It looks horrendous and absolutely unappetizing starting with the fact it’s not the soup I ordered. The wings were ice cold and the order wasn’t even ready when I got there. It’s a five minute drive back to my house. Luckily door dash gave me nearly a full refund.

Melissa provided my boyfriend and I awesome service in the evening. She recommended different options because of a change we wanted on a platter, and it suited us very well. She checked up on us to see if everything with our dinner was going well, it was!!!! She did demonstrate lots of respect, by providing a warning for a change in the environment. The food was great too!

We had a great time for dinner! Our server Melissa made our night so easy; asking us polite questions and making fun conversation. She brought our drinks out very fast and was working very hard. Over all a very enjoyable experience!
