I travel for work and have eaten at many Applebee’s and other restaurants. Typically Applebee’s is not my first choice, they have declined in quality over past 10 years. This location is hit or miss, the service and food is usually good but the restaurant has bad odors and does not meet my expectations for this chain. On a positive note, looks like they have a new manager and he is on the floor rather than hiding in the back. Employees do not seem intimidated by his presence and regular interaction. From outside observation it appears he is trying to improve service without being a jerk, good move. Hopefully they can clean the smell and improve the quality, based on local options close to my lodging, I will certainly return. Gave a higher star rating because they are improving.

Very nice, I had the bourbon street steak and mashed potato, wife had Parmesan chicken fettuccine and we both ate salad. Steak was cooked to perfection just as I ordered and my wife enjoyed her chicken. No issues with anything

This Applebees is very fun down and dirty. The food is decent and the servers are always very friendly. We visit this place typically for happy hour. They have cheap cocktails and 1/2 price appetizers that are pretty good. The cleanliness is sub-par and is my biggest complaint.

We eat there all the time we go in for happy hour to get half priced appetizers and we have a dinner. We have drinks. They have a great margarita for $6. It’s really good. The waitresses and waiters are really friendly. It’s like a all-around good time. I recommend it to anyone we sat at the bar. Then you can watch the funny stuff on the TV or somewhere else and watch sports.

We arrived an hour before they closed. The waitress who helped us stood right beside our table and complained that she wanted to close early, but now she has a table for two and that won’t happen… but told the other waitress to not lock the doors yet because she didn’t want to “get in trouble” although they immediately turned off the open sign when we walked in before assisting us. She stood directly behind me when we ordered our drinks, which was so strange and unfriendly. We walked out before drinks were served. How rude. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner… we drove 45 minutes to get here. We come here very often and have never had a bad experience. The date was 12/29/25 at 10:00pm.
I initially wrote a one star review, but I would like to update that the amazing management reached out to me and definitely made up for the unfortunate experience I had. The waitress we had at our next visit was very nice! The food was overall good and my family and I had a great time 🙂

Recently went. The service was terrible. Waitress was rude in the beginning. Took about an hour to get our food. Couldn’t find waitress, so asked another employee if they could find out what was wrong with order. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Said nothing. Our food came out cold. Pasta dish was gross didn’t taste good. Hoping they retrain the staff if they ever upgrade to ihop.

We went for dinner with our party of 9 & a toddler for dinner for my son’s 21st birthday. Charlene was our server and did not disappoint! She has a fun positive great attitude, she even upsold us appetizers.. She was on top of our drink refills without even asking! We brought people from age 3 to 75 and she was attentive and made each person feel like she was so glad they were there. Without a doubt we will request her section every time we dine in this restaurant!

Food is mediocre. Nothing special. My mother had a ribeye that was almost 30% fat plus grizzly, and seriously way too thin. Then, she finds a long hair in her food. The waiter was hard to find and seemed clueless. Took forever too bring condiments, forgot to put a about discount on the bill. Just not a good experience overall. Just accentuates my feeling of not gong to applebees for a good meal.

We had a very bad online order experience here a while back but decided to go and eat in the restaurant anyway. It wasn’t much better. We were seated pretty quickly, which wasn’t too surprising since the place was not busy. Then we waited and waited for our server. He came by and said he’d be back in a moment. That moment turned into 10 minutes. We got no drink refills at all and the food was just ok, even for chain restaurant standards. It’s too bad they have people working there who just don’t care.

My server Russell was a breath of fresh air from what I normally expect from Applebee’s customer service. Food is Applebee’s food is what it is. But if you choose to come here, try and have Russell as your server he made my experience overall better and can only imagine he will do the same for you
