Where donI start? Firstly I called the place the order and it was a terrible connection! I specifically remember the worker stating a 19 minute wait. We arrived, parked in the PICK UP PARKING. I walked through the door and the smell of FECAL MATTER overtook my son and I! I approached the register, waited awhile. She finally arrives and I pay and ask how she deals with the INCREDIBLE smell. So I pay and wait approximately 40 minutes. I look around the corner and the ladies bathroom is wide open!
So the worker says I’ll be right back, I just have to bag up your order. 40 minutes!
The smell was overwhelming so we walked away and grabbed a table and patiently waited.
From the pictures and videos you can see it wasn’t busy. I saw our salads just sitting in the back on a prep table, no lids!
For the money it definitely did not equivalent to two small salads and a trio of all hot spicy buffalo wings. Specifically asked for the bread and the croutons to be separated since we have a 2-hour Drive but as you can see that did not happen. So I ended up with soggy croutons and bread.
The competitor definitely has better quality food. Cleaner, faster service and no offensive smells!
We definitely won’t be going back!

1. Portions were extremely small for the price
2. Close RR doors and have them maintained at all times to avoid that rancid smell from seeping into the restaurant where patrons are.
3. Speed of service, don’t tell somebody 19 minutes to pick up and then you’re sitting around for 40 minutes. Be realistic.
4. Make sure correct sauces are given to the particular dinners or whatever the customer is requesting. Accuracy is everything. Especially when you live 2 hours away.
Food was good, service was sub par at best, the smell basically was a deal-breaker.

Although it is a bit wait for orders to come out, the orders have always been correct. The food is good and they always have great food choices for the kids.

The waitress took too long to do everything. It took 30 min just to bring out 1 soda. We had to ask 4 different times for a to go plate. We had to ask other workers to help us with what we needed because our waitress was taking wayyyyyy too long. The bartender made a drink for us. It took her almost 20 min to go pick it up & bring it to us. We watched our drink sit on the bar the entire time

Went Sunday afternoon and they were busy BUT great teamwork, our server was very nice, funny and delivered great service! The other two girls (I believe maybe a busser& hostess)took good care of us also. Food was ON POINT, flavor and presentation!!! Im not going to lie, thought because of how busy they were it wasn’t going to be the best, you guys nailed it! THANK U! (server was a tall, blonde gentleman and we were the first booth up the stairs by the front door:))

It was alright. Nothing spectacular about it. The food was okay but everything was very sweet in flavor. The spicy honey chicken was not in fact spicy at all. I probably will not be going out of my way to go here again but we went because we had a gift card. Prices were good but not worth it to go again overall.

Came in today To Give Applebee’s Another try. We waited 5 mins to be seated. host was Very Pleasant, Server was Great (Tony) and not to mention we got to meet Mgr Steve, He has great Customer Service. Food was Delish… thanks we will be back again.

Great price!!!!The quantity of food is a little less than others restaurants. But is enough to be full. Great prices!!!!!! We tried the pasta, mushroom hamburger, cheese hamburger sandwich , and they were delicious!!! Their coffee is great, I liked it. Service is definitely great, atmosphere excellent. Great for couples, single persons, and families!!!!

I love, love, love Applebee’s..! As always.., but it is so nice when you have quality service to make your experience count. Aaron was our bartender and made a fabulous blue raspberry lemon drop. I feel awful writing bad reviews… but I will start by saying the food was not the issue. The food is always good for the price.
The issues are with the all-you-can-eat boneless chicken wings. First, because everyone wants them, they take forever to make and be delivered to your table. Thus – your order is not even hot when it arrives.
Second, the service is horrendous – short staffed and stressed out. And because the waiters are so stressed, they have terrible attitudes flying around. Everyone there is probably doing the best they can. But they are not fully equipped with whatever it is they need to provide good service.
Third, as much as I understand restaurant turnover – you cannot rush paying customers out the door. It’s just rude.
Fix this Applebee’s! We want to come back.

Came out to eat with my family tonight and we had such a great experience.. waited no longer than 10mins to be seated. The waiter was absolutely amazing!! He got everyone’s orders correct and constantly kept checking how we were doing or if we needed anything. Refilled our drinks. & was friendly and engaged with us about our celebration for my sisters bday. The waiter was Joel & that man needs a raise for busting his ass today!
