Surprisingly, this Applebee’s location had fantastic food and fairly descents drinks. Obviously if you want something fancier then Applebees isn’t your move. But some late night eats and some good food to handle your cravings, this is a solid spot.

I am writing while sitting in the restaurant freezing my butt off. Me and my wife came in for dinner. When we opened the open, we politely asked if they are still taking customer. This was at 11.05 PM. Sat down, server came up right away. Appetizers came out very fast as well. We order right after we got our drinks. About 11.30PM we were trying to look for servers, she was doing closing chores. 10 minutes pass, we were so cold and wanted to move somewhere warmer. So we went up to what it looks like to be a manager checking on alcohol at the bar. I asked if I can move somewhere warmer. She answered, no we are closing in 13 minutes in a rude voice. She then mentioned that that spott is cold due to cold air leaking through the corner of the glass. I was shocked, why did they not inform me before seating us there. You can move couple seats down. But I need to let your server know. I said okay then went tk asked my wife if I’m overreacting or was she being rude. She said i cant eat, my hands are frozen. We moved to the next booth, asked for the rest of the food Togo. Our server was nice but not very attentive. She did apologized that we have to leave because it was so cold we couldnt sit and eat. Our bill was 84 tipped 18%. I hope the manager who’s working tonight read this. You’re not qualified to be a manager 02/22/2025.

If I could do a zero I would. We are a big family of 6 . We went in on Wednesday at 530pm got sat down right away. We Orderd drinks and it took about 20min to get those. At 547pm we order food. Not once were we updated no communication about whats going on by the time it was 630pm nothing still. Our kids were hungry and wanted there food. Our server didn’t come up to ask if we needed refills,communication about how long our food will be not anything. We didnt want the food or anything anymore at 6:57 we started to walk out. At that point we were asked kinda rudely so i guess your going to cancel your order?Worst experience of food and customer service.very poor service and experience. They need to get better staff and people that wanna work..!!! We will not be dining at Applebee’s anytime soon. All these Applebee’s sucks!!!

Placed our orders waited for beer. Watched the beer sit at the bar station for 20 mins. Watched a different server take it to another table who didn’t want it. Watched it sit for 10 more mins. Waitress attempted to bring us the beer which we refused as she stated someone else took the beer. When we had watched the beer sit. When attempting to pay on a $44 bill the 20% tip was actually 25%. Not sure when you started scam your customers. Used to be a one or 3 times a month place. After today once every 4 months maybe. This was a terrible experience watching our waitress hug and laugh with other tables and not coming by to check on us once during our meal.

The pasta was so dry that it was glued to each other. When o mentioned it to the waitress she said she would bring some sauce but it took over 15 minutes. The sauce was thick like gorilla glue. Then I asked for a to go box and she never came with it so I had to walk all the way to the kitchen to get a to go box. Then I had to wait awhile more for a receipt.

Got seated immediately, waited 12 minutes before waiter took our drink order, restaurant was very cold inside, food came out cold, waiter never returned to our table to see if we needed anything. We had to ask another waitress for our to go boxes and a bag. Waiter received 10 cent tip. He had two tables to take care of and he failed tremendously. It was more important to chat with other workers than his customers.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful little Tuesday date night. Our waiter, Johnathan was so very nice and took care of us the whole time. The food was delicious! And the bartender made the best drinks. We’ll definitely be back again.

First time visitor to this location. Stopped by on Tuesday for their limited time offer of $9.99 of any burger and fries. Greeter was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure if ApplePay was accepted but he made sure to ask and confirmed it is. Server (Malia O) was above and beyond. Overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Well deserved 5 stars
