I haven’t been in years and I can tell the reason why I’ll continue not to go. It wasn’t very appetizing but I was hungry. They were out of the fried pickles and I asked for additional boneless wings that never came after waiting too long. I finally flag someone down for my check because staff helping clean talking about other coworkers in front of our faces at the bar. Extremely unprofessional and I knew it was terrible service at that moment. I didn’t even want the boneless wings to go not knowing how long it would be to get them. Definitely was still charged for fried pickles I never got on my plate. I was going to order an entree and I decided not to even bother. My cheat day a complete disaster. When the girl asked if I needed an application was funny! Thank you for your hard work everyone.

The restaurant was less than half full. Two couples waiting, us included. At least ten minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Service was slow initially and then almost non existent. We asked for plates after getting the appetizer. We started eating due to the time that had passed and had to ask again. We ordered a burger with no onions, it came with onions. We replaced a drink before getting the appetizer and the meal. We were almost done with the meal and had to ask for the drink again before we got it. Good thing we had water. We were not asked if we wanted another drink or if we wanted dessert, instead she dropped off the receipt. Giving the tip etc was a little uncomfortable as she stood at the table waiting for the hand held device. Options for tipping were not under 18% but you could select custom. After selecting the tip she said we were good and reached for the device, not allowing for the completion of the survey. Sad to say but it will be a long time before we visit another Applebees.

After waiting 15 min at the bar. Only two other people at the bar. We got to order beer. Then it was a train wreck. Asked Robert how long it was going to be to get the food. He said I’m not a magician I don’t know how long it will be. But mostly just looked at us like a dear in the headlights. I went in the back to ask manager. He was a wreck also. I told the manager not paying for the beer and walked out. Told 3 people at the door good luck getting anything to eat. Went to Zeeks eaten place and got some food quick.

I got the bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and it was FRSH AND DELICIOUS. THe flavor was on point. 10 out of 10 would go back.

Everyone was wonderful, very nice and kind. The food was absolutely amazing cooked perfectly. The skillet was still sizzling when we got our food. It was very quickly prepared as well, which is rare. Thank you Pedro you are a wonderful server.

It was overall a good time. Our food was a bit spendy, $70 for 3 people. That contained one alcoholic drink. Our server was very polite and EXTREMELY patient as we went over the menu, as he came back to check on us probably 10 or so times over the course of our visit.

I was truly amazed by the 5-star service I received from Tex at Applebee’s. From the moment I arrived, Tex’s attentiveness and friendly attitude made me feel welcome. He was prompt with my order, attentive to my needs throughout the meal, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly made my visit memorable, and I left impressed by the exceptional level of service.

I went to dinner at Prescott Applebee’s location with my family. The food was great and the staff really friendly. I spent $85 x 4 people. Little high but it was special opportunity and it worthy. We all enjoyed our meals. If I come back to Prescott I will definitely stop there!!

The service is slow, Iv been here twice and ordered a steak medium and have got one well done and one rare, my wife had a chicken sandwich and they brought her the wrong one then took 20 more minutes brining her another one. I had a to go desert and the thing was hard enough to break your teeth on. Even as far as apple bees goes this one is sub standard.
