2nd time coming here and ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl ($14). The bowl was of good size and the cilantro rice was flavourful with the chicken, and avocado toppings blended nicely with it. Requested for some extra corn and sauce on the side and the server was very nice and accommodating.
Had a 6oz Sirloin with squash and mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes is actually so good. It’s flavourful and I didn’t expect mashed potatoes could taste this good without gravy. The sirloin steak, while small, is pretty thick.
Had an issue redeeming a gift card and a voucher as I requested the server to check if it was applicable to use both but she just used the gift card first which made my voucher unavailable to be used which was expiring that day. Quite disappointed at the end.

Came into my old applebee’s I have a tick for things being held to applebees spec and spa standard, I have to say I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the decor was fantastic. I had Justin as my bartender/server, he was quick and asked all the right questions, I aimed at coming in a little before close to see if staff kept the same atmosphere I was used too when I had worked there and I just wanted to commend everyone from the bartenders to the cooks and even Simon the manager. we had a GREAT experience and will be coming back. This applebees deserves your business !

I curate my reviews, and this Applebees has definitely earned an upgrade from 4 to 5 stars for 2026. Great restaurant choice and location, and a far better experience than other, similar restaurants in the area. Impeccable service, great food (won-ton tacos appetizer and their signature cheeseburger are excellent). It’s one of our go-to restaurants because of the crispy won-ton chicken tacos appetizer!

So hubby & I went for lunch the other day and were nearby so decided to go. It wasn’t busy, yet we waited for quite a bit to be acknowledged. There were people in front and behind us and we were all wondering what the hold up was. We were sat down in a booth. We got our menus and quickly gave our drink and appetizer order. 2 other tables were then seated in booths behind us. We did the 2 for 25 meal deal. I ordered the chicken parm pasta dish, hubby got the burger meal. The 2 tables sat behind us ended up getting their food before us, yet the girl behind me ordered the same dish as me. I asked why our food was taking so long and voiced my displeasure, and he tried blowing me off saying the others got “easier” meals. I pointed out one table for a burger like my husband & the other got the same pasta dish as me. We finally got our food. The manager walked up and asked how things were. I politely told him they could be better and explained the issue. We didn’t want anything but I did say things can’t change unless you know about them.He agreed and was very kind. He handled himself very professionally and with patience and apologized. We will be coming back because of his interaction.

Bartender was weird tonight. I came to pick up my togo order which was waiting for me on the bar. I started looking through my togo bag to make sure all my sauces were in there. (I’m very familiar with this restaurant and order here often). And he came out saying “you going to pay for that?” with a weird smirk on his face. I smiled and asked him “did you think I was going to walk out with it or something?” And he just ignored me. Suddenly I felt like a criminal- and my husband is a business owner we’re good people lol. It was a weird reaction.
Great way for him to not get a tip and a great way to lose a customer Applebees. I always tip!!! Even for pick up orders.
I think it’s time Applebees hires younger people. The old ones that have been serving for years are bitter and awkward and rude to your customers.

Could not enjoy the experience when our food order was so messed up.
My brother and I both got the OM cheese burger with a side of french fries.
(By the way, this is a copycat burger that a restaurant in Tokyo came up with and is not original to Applebee’s.)
Told the server NO SPICY SAUCE on mine please, but please ADD MAYO.
My brother asked for a rare hamburger, KEEP THE SPICY SAUCE on it.
Super easy, right?
Not for the server.
He brought both orders out and asked us to check which one was which, which certainly should not have happened.
He should have known who’s was who’s before he sat them down in front of us.
One burger was very pink (how my brother wanted it) with no spicy sauce on it.
The other burger was very well done with lots of spicy sauce and no mayonnaise.
The server literally stood there waiting for us to figure out just how wrong and backwards the order was.
I decided to go ahead and try the burger despite it having spicy sauce and no mayonnaise.
It was not good.
I do not like spicy burgers.
I went ahead and just took the bun off and ate half of the very well done burger.
Tried a french fry, and I have to say these are the worst fries I have ever in my lifetime tasted.
They were cold, old, and flavorless.
As I looked around the empty tables that still had food on them, almost every single plate had the fries left on them.
This should tell them something!

I did end up calling the manager over to take the burger off my tab, I couldn’t even finish half of the half, it was that bad.
I also told her that these were the worst fries I’ve ever had in my life, because they were.
The artichoke and spinach dip was fire, the pretzel sticks were some of the most delicious I’ve ever had in my life.
If you go to this Applebee’s, and you get a server named Wesley, make sure he repeats the order back to you at least twice.
Even then It probably won’t be right.

Skip this location. It’s gone so steadily downhill in the last 10 years. In the last 5 they had 1 good server, but he’s long gone now becauseof how terribly it’s run. Poor management is an understatement. Not a single person in there seems trained in any actual restaurant industry position. Even the bar drink wasn’t made right. The regulars that go to drink & socialize up at the bar are probably the only ones getting their visit’s worth because the actual drinks and service don’t really matter.

Went in to get the endless riblets/shrimp/chicken right at open. Waitress was polite. First two plates of riblets were lukewarm and I had to bring it up to the waitress for the problem to be fixed; third one was nice and hot. Garlic Parmesan chicken was a bit.. Odd to put it in one way. Just look at the pic I attached; the one with cheese on top was it. Chicken and shrimp were nice and hot from the start; fairly standard food taste. Wouldn’t order it again but it filled my stomach at least.
