Went in last night around 9:30pm for a late dinner and we were seated immediately. It didn’t seem very busy except for the bar area. We were seated for about 15 minutes & still no one had taken our drink order. A couple comes in and is seated right behind us and gets their drink order taken as soon as they sit down. Not sure what was going on but we got up and left.

This was the most horrible experience in Applebee’s I have ever had. The Service wasn’t up to par. The staff didnt seem eager to help. It took multiple passes by my empty drink to decide to refill it. The food was horrible. I’m begining to believe that it is due to the All you can eat menu recently added. My steak was Improperly seasoned, nasty and not cooked properly. I ate about 4 bites and it was mostly grissel.

Our waitress, Catherine M, was so efficient and friendly. She did an excellent job taking our order and making sure everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to help us understand the specials on the menu. Great job Catherine! Our hamburgers were delicious and we really enjoyed our dinner at Applebee’s!

Food was good & the service was good. This place is close to my home & we go here often when we don’t know where else to go. You get your food quick here as well. I am rating this a 4 star place because the food is sometimes hit or miss. But I will continue to come here!

Our server was decent, she was engaging and even made a few jokes. The food wasn’t good enough for me to go back anytime soon. All of the food and drinks were hit or miss and there were more misses. It may be sometime before I go back on my own accord.
