My boyfriend and I decided to come here for dinner and drinks and we won’t ever be back.
First of all, our booth was dirty and had crumbs all over the seats. my alcoholic beverage and my water were finished within the first 10 minutes of being there and wasn’t refilled once. for context, we were here for over two hours. Our waitress didn’t come once to ask if we wanted another drink or to refill our waters. I understand they’re busy but we watched a male server in the section serving all his customers with top notch service while we got bottom of the barrel. My food was disgusting I couldn’t even take another bite – again, our waitress didn’t come by to ask how the food was. My boyfriend’s steak was good so that’s the only positive. there was a solid 30 minutes that went by without us seeing our waitress once to ask for something. we came here tonight with the intention of having multiple drinks and deserts as well, but we barely saw our waitress and by the time we did see her we didn’t want to wait an additional hour for more items. we are very polite so complaining in public isn’t our character but I’m super disappointed, we spent almost $100 here and couldn’t even get good service. this was a super big waste of time and money. oh and to top it off, the pen she gave us didn’t work so we waited for her to come by again and after 10 minutes we just decided to ask another server if we can use his pen. by far the worst service we have ever received.

I should have known this place was bad news when I walked up to the front door and saw how filthy it was.
I ordered a rare sirloin. This is what I was given. I couldn’t even cut it because it was raw.
Our server asked if I wanted it “more cooked”.
I completely lost my appetite. When she gave me the bill she said the manager removed the plate from the bill. In my opinion, more than that should’ve happened. No apology, no visit from the manager. Our entire bill should’ve been comped. Even after the fact I ordered a vanilla ice cream for my kid and paid for it.

I got two rounds of drinks , half full glasses. No alcohol hardly at all two drinks at this location would usually have me BUZZED I left irritated and wasted 44$ . I get these drinks here often and they are always amazing but it was a different bar tender and I will probably never go back now.

Went at 1pm on a Thursday. Not very busy however it looked like my server was as she was either working alone or had a large section. She-Ashley-still did a great job. Got a very good cheeseburger for less than $10(less than some fast food places) & the fries were really good too. Just moved to the neighborhood & this was my 1st time at this location. I’m sure I’ll go back.

Me and my fiance really wanted to try a new Applebees since the one we usually go to is always great. We went here, when we walked in we were told only high tops are available for the rest of the evening and if that would be ok. 1st lie. That was fine yet we were sat at a party size high top in the very corner of the bar with minimal room to move due to all the extra chairs and being right next to the wall. Whatever. Throughout the evening we start to release there are multiple people being walked in and sat at a booth, which we were told were not available for the rest of the night and were unfortunately sitting in these uncomfortable high top chairs. Whatever right. On to the service. As soon as we sat down, hadn’t even put my purse down, the waiter came to our table, took a seat in one of the chairs and asked if we were ready. WHAT? We just got here?? We told him no and he gave us a few minutes then came back buy then we placed our order. About 10 mins after we order, I see our waiter walking outside and start to smoke a cigarette. Maybe that doesn’t bother some people but it definitely bothered me. We ordered two appetizers (spinach and artichoke dip and the beef nachos) and a mushroom burger. Majority of what we ordered are quick items. So we let 15 mins go by and my fiance ask if there’s any update on the order, the waiter told us we are 4th in line with the kitchen.. at this point the people that sat down next to us AFTER us had already gotten their food so how are we 4th in line?? We say ok and literally a minute later he is bringing our appetizers out to us.. another lie. They got to the table and were straight cold. Not warm, not luke warm, cold. They had been sitting there for a while and you could tell. Especially since the chips with the nachos were soggy and had no crunch to them. We were upset at this point and very much ready to leave. I needed some water after I finished my one and only glass, yet we never were asked if we’d like a refill on our drinks, my fiance was never given the opportunity to relay what he didn’t want on his burger, how he’d like it cooked or any substitutions, nothing. Ordered, the waiter said “ok”and walked away. Idk if this was a racist situation due to us being the only African American people in the building but it definitely felt like it. We will NEVER be back.

Our server was friendly, fairly quick with refills. Our food took quite a while to reach our table. Surprisingly, Wasn’t quite as busy. My nephew ordered an 8 ounce steak, Medium rare. Got well done. Floors were sticky, women’s Bathroom was dirty.
I must say, They were playing some really good music that night. Overall, we made the best of it 🙂

Christmas Eve – wasn’t that busy, but I’m sure they had less staff, so service was slow. That was expected. My mom asked if the chicken tortilla soup was spicy, waitress said it wasn’t, after some going back and forth, waitress promised my mom it wasn’t spicy (spoiler: mom thought it was). They provided a bowl of tomato basil promptly at no extra charge. Dad asked for extra sauce on his Alfredo dish, and when the waitress came to check how everything was, he asked if they had put extra sauce on it, and waitress said “yep!” But didn’t ask if he wanted more, if you have to ask… take it as a hint. I asked for a to go box for the salad, waitress brought one (i was bringing the entire salad home) so had to ask for additional ones because they didn’t bring one big enough. Grilled chicken on the salad was so dry/overcooked, and cold. I’ve had this salad at several different Applebees, and the chicken has always been juicy and hot. At least the wings we got were good? Oh, and the total was $24 something (and change, not exactly $25.00). A discount was given to us. Regardless, dad paid $30 cash and was given a $5 back with no change and waitress didn’t mention anything about it. Very unprofessional. We called 3 Applebees in the area as we knew places close early and this was the only one that answered the phone. Will not be returning to this location.

Food was horrible. Service was shit. Ordered the combo appetizer platter with honey bbq wings & the gave buffalo with barely any sauce. Also order honey bbq Mac n cheese the pasta was dry with no cheese sauce & chicken had no sauce. Hot honey chicken sizzlen platter & the onions & topping for the chicken were burnt & they hid them under the chicken. Waiter checked on us once. Took over an hour to get our food & there was hardly anyone there.
