I cannot speak high enough praise for Xavier, our server. Amazing attitude, awesome sense of humor, and just all around pleasant. He took our order and took his time, no rushing to get to the next table. The manager John was equally as amazing. What a delightful group of people.
The food was fresh and tasty, though a bit too much sauce on the boneless chicken wings. Very overpowering and a little bit salty.
Overall, I would go out of my way to go to the same location again, just for the positive attitude from all employees.

It’s been quite a long time since I visited Applebees and what a change! They’ve completely remodeled and have a sports bar vibe now. They’ve got a large variety of choices and have some lunch specials and 2 for $25 type deals. Their breadsticks were fresh out of the oven and delicious. Loved the Asian salad. The chips were crispy and the queso and salsa were flavorful. Everyone was friendly and the seating and service was fast and efficient. They didn’t allow us to substitute pickle fries for the appetizer in the dinner deal but they did let us substitute queso and salsa for the artichoke dip. The restaurant manager as well as the owner stopped by the table to make sure we were happy with the meal. I do wish they would bring back the broccoli because I’ve actually heard it was delicious but I guess I’ll never know. But how often does someone recommend a restaurant for their broccoli?!? Check out Applebees if you haven’t been there in awhile.

Our experience at this Applebee’s was absolutely outstanding! Tiff took such amazing care of us — she was attentive, warm, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You could really feel the positive energy in the whole restaurant. Honestly, managers everywhere could learn a thing or two from the leadership at this location ✨ It’s clear they lead with heart and truly care about their guests.
I’ve been to Applebee’s before and usually the service is solid, but this visit was on a whole different level The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, which made our time there even more enjoyable.

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again: this is the BEST Applebee’s. The food is amazing, comes out quickly, and is always tasty and affordable.
But that isn’t even the best part. This place feels like a family-owned restaurant with the atmosphere it provides. It’s warm, friendly, and everyone is having a good time. You can tell that John, the manager, really cares about the service they provide. He goes out of his way to greet every customer. He’s friendly and jokes around like he’s always known you. Each server is also attentive and friendly. I would go here daily if my waistband would allow it.

My friends and I had the BEST dinner here! Porter Applebees was the funnest server I’ve ever had! He was attentive and really made sure our meal was amazing. He gave incredible suggestions and really knew what our tastebuds needed. Looove Orem Applebees and will be coming back. John was also so fun! GO BIRDS

Always greeted with a smile here! Friendly staff, good food and clean restaurant. Honestly one of my favorite places to go out to eat. Porter was our server, that guy is amazing! Extremely awesome personality, he is such a nice guy and accommodating. He checked on us frequently and his friendly attitude never wavered. He even helped other stuff with things they needed help with. That guy Porter stands on business!!

My man Cody was a phenomenal server! I’m talking on point! Food came out quick, fast, and in a hurry! Chill guy who added to the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant! And it’s like he knew what I wanted before I asked. Get this man a meal or two or three! Free meals for the whole year. He deserves it!
