We have developed a Friday night family tradition, at Applebee’s. What started as a simple Clam digger drink request has now turned into a cocktail creation by Tony every Friday night. It’s the best way to unwind with friends and family after a long work week. Tony is an amazing server, who’s become a friend we look forward to seeing on Friday’s. He knows our order before we ever walk in, always just as excited to see us whether we have 4 adults or 10 with a toddler. He’s always attentive and friendly:

As a thriller and romance author, I like escaping from the office whenever possible. The Applebee’s in Lewiston, Idaho is an excellent spot for a good meal. After a long day working in the office on my thriller and romance novels and taking care of business, I like to get out for a solid dinner.
The food is always well prepared. The whiskey bacon burger is one of my favorites. I’ll sometimes order a beer as well. You can tell this location is well run because the staff stays attentive and on top of things. And on the rare times something isn’t quite right, they jump on fixing it quickly. I really appreciate that.
There’s a big bar area and two separate dining zones. It’s never too loud, which makes conversation easy.
Parking is ample with plenty of space, and they also have a takeout door that works well with Uber Eats.

Ordered online. Waited until it said the order was ready. We drove to the restaurant and were greeted by the hostess and she went to the back. Never saw her again. We waited another 15 minutes until another person came and asked us if we needed anything. Again waited 30 minutes until we finally got our food. No apology. Nothing. And on top of that my steak looked like it had been roasted in the pits of hell, when I asked for medium rare. The restaurant was full of staff, and only had 2 tables who already had their food, no excuse. Do better.

Today is my Birthday and I really wanted Applebees. The 1st steak was a bit overdone so I called and Javier the Manager made it so special They not only recooked my entire meal but they also sent me a Birthday Dessert and a Birthday card that several of them signed. The food was Amazing and Delicious. Because we had gotten food Door Dashed we had no way to go pick it up so Javier sent someone personaly to deliver my Birthday meal. They truly made it Special for me and made my Day. I appreciate Javier and entire team for making this Lady feel Special!!

A McDonald’s burger is so much better and 10$ cheaper. I asked for pink and it was burnt on the edges the onion was in big chunks not sliced thin. My friends salad looked like nothing was on it. The final problem trying to pay the stupid thing at the table. Finally the waitress gave me some change. I guess they are to modern to have a cash register.

Sat down with our 2 kids. Waitress passed us several times without even recognizing us. Then bussed two tables. Still didn’t say a thing to us. Wasn’t crowded or busy. We came to eat, not watch ppl eat. That’s part of the reason we have not been to Applebees in 2 years.
2 years ago our meat came out 3 different times not cooked correctly. There food is good, when they can have good service and cooks.

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s! Hannah, Javier, Dajah, and Sandy were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything about our visit was perfect. You can tell they really care about their guests and work great together as a team. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming from start to finish. Huge thank you to this crew for making the experience exceptional — they truly represent Applebee’s at its best!

Great time. Server was incredible. Place was super packed so we had a 20 minute wait. That was partially cause I didn’t want to sit in the bar area. If you’re looking for good food and a great atmosphere, highly reccomend!

Waited over an hr for a cheeseburger and chicken and a kids Mac and cheese. Asked where out food was and the waitress said let me check and we waited again for 20 mins before just leaving. People and and left after us that had steak and bigger food orders.
And It wasn’t busy. Won’t be back.
