Unfortunately had a frustrating and ultimately bad experience here tonight. Ordered door dash and whoever packed my meal put my receipt on someone else’s order. I got 2 molten lava cakes instead of a grilled chicken meal. I called and the manager was very very kind but there wasn’t much she could do so I’ve been waiting on door dash to refund. At 1030pm when it looked like I wouldn’t be getting a refund any time soon, I ordered the same meal and for a way to pick it up. I was so disappointed to find that the fries were sparse and obviously the end of the fryer, the chicken was very dry, and there was only one piece of broccoli. As it was now 11pm and I just wanted to eat and go to bed, I didn’t go back in. Super disappointed.

Excellent place off the highway near Rexburg. We were craving some regular food after a series of junk food and found this along the way. They have a 50% off apps offer running and that along with some wonderful food made for a good late lunch. Service was prompt. Atmosphere was not too loud.

The last three times in a row being to Applebee’s car side to go has been pretty unfortunate. The first time we went, I ordered, honey barbecue boneless wings and hot classic bone in wings. We drove to a nice spot to eat and we had two of the same bone in hot buffalo wings. Drove back and got a replacement.
The second time we went, we ordered the same thing and got bone in hot buffalo and boneless but still hot buffalo.
This time, today, we ordered honey bbq boneless and classic bone in buffalo. This time didn’t get ranch or celery and the flavor was hot buffalo. So each time we’ve been, they have gotten something wrong with our simple order. Please pay more attention or double check that the order is right before bringing it out.
This is within a 2 week span.

Amazing experience even around midnight, four star only due to the time of service- took around 35 mins after order to get our food. However food was really delicious and well cooked. Specially the waiter mentioned about their newly hand-breaded chicken, which was great and worthy of the wait. Loved the ambiance, ample seating and parking. I would definitely recommend this restaurant in the area.

Would have given five stars if my steak would have been cooked correctly. Amanda was our waitress. She was amazing and you can tell she loves her job. Also thy asked if we wanted to sit in the lounge on one of the high tables. I loved that they called it the lounge instead of the bar. They fixed our steaks and even offered us a dessert on the house and competed our steaks too. Would come again.

Best Applebees ever! The manager Giness amazing heard she’s been running the place before so she’s obviously doing something right. Food looked and tasted amazing! Also not much of a drinker but so many lemonade flavor options, fun for the kids!

Waited 10 minutes for a table (around 9 pm on a saturday).
We ordered the sirloin promo. Sirloin was well done in some parts (we asked for medium). Overall the food was okay.
