Was a pretty busy night and we had a long wait. Food was great and Service was great. Wheelchair seating is hard. Loved the onion rings and meal deal with appetizer. Wished there was more selections.

My husband and I had a gift card, so we decided to use it! It was our first time going to an Applebee’s, and it was a little disappointing. Our server was doing her best, obviously newer, and quite stressed. She forgot to put in our order for about half an hour, which is fine, but a little frustrating. She apologized and sent it through. The restaurant was dead when we went in, maybe four other people there. It took about fifteen minutes to get drinks, forty minutes for our appetizer, and over an hour for the entrees.
We did the 2 for $25 deal. The spinach artichoke dip was definitely lacking, slimy and flavorless. Didn’t really seem as tho it had any real dairy in it either. My husband ordered the upgraded burger, and that seemed pleasant enough. I got the chicken parmesan, and again, it was lacking. The chicken itself was quite good, but the Alfredo was again, slimy and flavorless. Genuinely seemed as tho it was some kind of cornstarch base, and not dairy. All in all, it filled a hole. Left us late getting to an event, simply because dinner took two hours. We left our waitress a good tip, and called it a night. Not somewhere I would recommend. You want a good burger? Dixie’s diner. You want good chicken parmesan? Olive garden. There are a host of wonderful restaurants in the area including, dee kitchen, Dixie’s, Texas Roadhouse, Garcia’s street tacos, himilayon flavor, Cafe Rio, kneaders, etc. I just don’t see a reason to go here, unfortunately.

Our server, Makita, was super nice and down to earth! That makes the dining experience so much better. The appetizer sampler is one of my favorites, and it hit the spot! I feel like Applebees used to be pretty mediocre, but they’re stepping up their game as of late! The watermelon lemonade was also very delicious and the Pepsi had great flavor. As a soda lover, I hate soda that is watered down or not fizzy enough. All in all, a great choice for date night.

This Applebee’s stays open fairly late. When we went on a Saturday night, their main rush had just finished, so we were seated quickly with our server arriving not long after. The server was great, recommending several beverages when we asked and checking an item for food allergies for me. Nice atmosphere. Not too noisy. Comfortable seats. Great food.

I went with some family. I arrived later than everyone else. Food took a long time to get out and it seemed like the waiter didn’t want to interact with us as soon as I arrived. My family had been waiting for over an hour. After I arrived and waited 15 minutes for a water. The steak I got was extremely tough, hard to cut with the knife and difficult to chew. (Quite fatty) potato and vegetables were good.
I don’t feel I have a great opinion as my cousins had waited so long that their little ones started falling asleep after complaining of hunger pains.

Saddest burger I have seen in quite some time, not even close to the photos in the menu (see side by side). It was overcooked, different lettuce than pictured, sauce less, bun was half way to crouton territory on one side, etc. just look at the pics and see if what I got looks appealing.

Everyone was polite but we never had a server. We ordered from a manager, drinks were delivered by the bartender and food was delivered by the back of house manager. No follow up visit from anyone. Paid by the table device and left. Honestly wish we went to Burger King. Dunno what happened, I hope this was an anomaly

They were pretty busy, but we were able to get a seat right away. The service was wonderful. The food was okay. The fries were cold, and the chicken had no flavor. The atmosphere is cute and it’s quiet enough to talk.

My family and I spent the evening yesterday January 31st for my 53rd birthday and I would like to give a 20 STAR to the waitress who waited on us named Melissa. She was amazing! Excellent customer service! she deserves a raise!

I’ve been to this location a handful of times, but after this experience, I knew it was time to write a review. Never before have I had such a euphoric experience at a restaurant. I found myself waiting for 30 minutes to be seated. I thought this was surprisingly busy for a Thursday at 10PM. But I will never question a wait time ever again, as it was beyond worth it.

Upon being seated I was overcome with relief. The temperature was perfect, there was just enough noise to not be annoying or overwhelming, but provide a feeling of our own voices being drowned out. I didn’t feel nervous about talking loud enough to disturb other diners, a rare feeling for me.

This was likely the shortest I have ever looked at a menu. It was so well organized and presented. I ended up ordering mozzarella sticks and a spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered one other item, an item that made me want to write this review. This item was so life changing I don’t think I can go a day without being reminded of it. Thus special item, was a water.

Water. The most memorable part of meal. This water was special. It glistened in the multicolored lights like a fantastic stained window. The ice clinking un the glass made the most satisfying, perfect sound, like the posh clink of an 18th century English tea party. Once it was placed on the table by the water the condensation created a dense fog inside the glass, indicating it’s amazingly chilled temperature.

I often ask only for water at restaurants, and I drink it without a thought. If a waiter comes along with a pitcher and refills it, fantastic, who cares, I’m not drying up like SpongeBob in Sandy Cheek’s house. I’m here for my seafood dinner.

But not tonight. Not at this Applebee’s™ Grill + Bar. The moment the water reached my lips it was like when Anton Ego took his first bite of Remy’s Ratatouille. I sat silent for a while, the cold glass began to freeze to my skin. I noticed that one of my table mates was experiencing the same effect. This water was fantastic.

For the first time in my 19 years of life I found myself pleading with servers. “Excuse me ma’am/sir, may we have some more water?”. I was ecstatic every time a server would smile and reply, “of course”. A glass at our table would last maybe two minutes before needing a refill, and when the last drop was consumed, all three of us at the table would be frothing at our mouths craving more.

18.

We drank 18 glasses total during our hour of dining.

It would’ve been over 20 if we cancelled our food, which we jokingly considered.

2 hours later I’m still not sure if I was somehow dying of dehydration unknowingly or if the first glass was spiked with a love potion from Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I do not remember the food. As mentioned earlier I believe I ordered some kind of chicken sandwich, I’m not even sure. I cannot recall the taste. I’m sure it was fine, maybe a bit on the well done side, dry, but I certainly don’t remember disliking it. The other times I have dined here I enjoyed the food immensely.

Food was okay, water was immaculate, would tip 300% again.
