It was Applebees not much to explain there. We order the perfect margarita for st. Patty day but it didn’t look like the advertisement at all they just threw the line and Cherry in the martini glass. The food was ok. The chips felt stale but the pretzels are always a win for us for sure. The spinach artichoke dip was more of a spinach dip with a freezer burnt taste. The wonton tacos always seem to be good too. The pretzels and the tacos are the only reason for the three stars for sure. We had to ask for ranch 4 times, we never got a refill on waters or kids drinks and felt judged for ordering appetizers only for a group of people at 3pm.

Service was so bad. Don’t know if it was our waitress or the kitchen, but on a Monday night (not busy) our order was messed up multiple times. Went for ‘all you can eat wings’ and our first order had the wrong sauce. Second order didn’t have enough wings, no fries and took 30 minutes to come out, by the time it did it was cold. We also never got a refill, and waitress checked on us maybe once, so we waited a while on sauces too.

Went in for bottomless shrimp, boneless wings and riblets. Not a long wait time for the food. Unfortunately the fries are way over salted, the riblets came out and when I was cutting into them I noticed white gum-like tissue on the inside of the meat. Instantly lost my appetite. The peach tea tasted like plastic flavoring. I usually don’t expect 5 star food at an Applebees, but this was just not good.

Food was good. Not OMG or anything though. The Margarita’s are not at all the best. Or perhaps after the ones at our local steak house (uh hem! up the “road”) just makes it really hard to compete. They forgot, I mean, forgot to serve my son-in-law his meal until we were almost 3/4 done with our food. Thank goodness for appetizers!! And when they did serve it it’d been sitting there because it was served at room temperature. They were a little busy so you had to get their attention if you needed anything, they weren’t gonna just check in and ask. All in all, to be a hundred percent honest… I’m really put off by this last experience. I’ll take another pick of the many places to eat here in the Valley. Well, unless you’re staying at a hotel on Horizon or something and want a meal close to where you’re staying. Speak up though if your food takes too long or isn’t hot. You’re paying for a hot meal and good service.

I use to love this place! But the last time has just been very disappointing. I’ll probably never come back. No matter how many times I try to change my opinion. I end up with the same results. Manager should retrain or trían Rachel. As she need better time management skills. Nice girl though.

Foods alright, the service is very friendly, but I mainly go for the Margaritas. The “Perfect” and “Sharkbowl” Margaritas to be exact! The sharkbowl is a yummy blue frozen slush that includes a gummy shark! Cool feature. And the perfect Margarita comes with its own side of chips and salsa!

My daughter is on the spectrum, and the waitress gave us some attitude about it, which i thought wasn’t professional and made us feel unwelcome. The food was good, but you have to chase flies basically every 3 minutes. I wouldn’t return.

Probably the best Applebee’s experience we’ve had. Service was fast, staff friendly. Orders were correct and food was excellent. We would have dinner here again!
