Stopped in for some non “road food” on our trip to UT. We were pleasantly surprised at how busy the restaurant was, how clean it was, and the super pleasant staff. Our server was awesome and his mustache was freaking amazing. Ha!

All style, no substance — a thoroughly disappointing experience
From the outside, the restaurant looked charming, and the interior was tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The welcome was cold — no greeting, no “good evening,” no sense of hospitality. We waited nearly 20 minutes for a table, despite having a reservation.
I ordered a 12-ounce steak with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. After a 30-minute wait, I was served two paper-thin slices of meat — nowhere near the portion I paid for. I specifically asked for rare, but the steak was completely overcooked. When you pay for a certain cut and quantity, you expect to receive exactly that — not to be short-changed, especially with food.
Service didn’t improve. Getting the bill turned into another ordeal: delays, incorrect charges added to friends’ orders, and a confusing digital payment process that felt unnecessarily complicated. What used to be a simple card payment at the table has now become a frustrating experience.
This place relies heavily on appearances but lacks quality, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I won’t be returning.

Applebees we love you. Our family dinners have been amazing ever since we Stopped buying fast food and eating Non Fast Restaurant food in Fast foods place. No place compares. Price, Food, Service and Atmosphere. Togo Drinks what else could I really need. I dont see us frequenting many places but Applebees will always have our attention.

Gee, wish we could’ve eaten there. We go there usually once/week and enjoy sitting in a comfortable booth on the south side. Today, we were told there was no server in that area for 5 minutes or 11:15, and we said we were happy to wait. She still wouldn’t seat us up there. Hostess Jennie was rude and wouldn’t consider our request, which we have always been seated before by other hostesses while we wait. The fact that the on duty manager and 2 other servers were chatting and laughing in their employee booth in the back area while we waited wasn’t a good look at all. We eventually left at 11:30 getting no seating and as we were leaving, hostess Jennie and another server shared a “got em” smile, as tho they were glad we left. We’ve had some great service there but today no one cared less about their customers. We’ve experienced other servers who go out of their way to seat us when they see us waiting under these draconian seating times. You open at 11:00 but only partially? Ale House, Chili’s, Bostons all open at 11:00 with servers to cover all seating options. We’ll certainly be spending more time at those establishments instead of Applebee’s ……

Wow, has this place changed. We were greeted by the hostess Early (actual name) and seated quickly at our table. Andra was right there to get our drink order, then appetizers and entrees; she was very patient while I perused the menu, and very fast getting our food to us.
The food was cooked to perfection, and the drinks you could tell had a bit of a punch, but we’re beautifully blended. I had the Blue Long Island Iced Tea and Pink & Prickly Margarita.
I will definitely be eating here again soon …

Very Happy eating here usually. Sometimes it’s busy as hell.. other times not bad at all. Had a burger here… Didn’t like it. Had the boneless wings here.. loved em. Mac and cheese topped with boneless wings was good but didn’t need the green on top. Overall pretty nice establishment friendly and quick service. Food comes quick.. prices are fair. Don’t usually have to wait. I would recommend Applebee’s over other similar places in town… Or like across the street.
Nothing real bad to say. It’s good. Not high level dining but hey I can enjoy eating here.. but the burger.. not so much. Oh and NO on the Asian fusion Wonton Tacos.. pretty lame. Sorry.

Ordered Fiesta Lime Chicken online for pickup inside. No issues with the pickup but you cannot substitute the rice for fries when making the order, so that was disappointing, but nothing terrible. Sauce was a little heavier than normal (which I *love*) and you can order alcoholic drinks to-go in Colorado. Got a margarita with it which wasn’t bad at all. No wait for indoor pickup. Smallest interior I’ve ever seen and seemed a little different from normal branding. If I lived there, I’d make it a regular spot. Friendly staff, good eats. You won’t be disappointed.

Went in after a concert. Staff was receptive and helpful to every customer while I was there (keeping up conversations, helping with out with my allergy, and overall making everyone feel welcome). And the food was amazing, they served it to us while it was extremely fresh and hot. They got us fresh bread sticks quickly after serving us our food and refilled out drinks the moment we needed it.
