The food quality is terrible. I ordered onion soup and received onion water. The macaroni was dry and had no sauce. The steak was tasteless and rotten. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered $15 or so worth of food, car side to go. Ordered in the parking lot and pulled into a car side spot a couple minutes later. I injured my knee today and couldn’t walk inside so I was grateful they would walk out to my car. It was fast, remarkably fast, a bit too fast. I gave them a $5 tip on the card and a $10 tip in cash, they gave me cold food. Maybe not cold but definitely slightly above room temperature which might as well be cold. I gave them a 100% tip, literally doubled my bill for cold food. Throwing it in the microwave for thirty seconds would’ve been better. I drove across the parking lot and it wasn’t hot food by the time I got 300 feet away. I probably should have called crying about it but it just seems ridiculous when I gave the best tip I could, I believe my total was just under $15 without the tip so it was a little more than 100% tip. It was a similar situation in December, I walked in and ordered at the bar to go and they gave me cold food, right around $15 before tip and I gave the girl a $10 tip. I don’t know what else to do to inspire quality service from these people. The same parking lot has a variety of options so it won’t gonna happen again, lesson learned.

Our waitress Connie was amazing… she was very nice and accommodating… she got us everything we asked for and then some… never had to ask for a refill because she knew when we needed one… food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly… 100% would recommend

We went yesterday, and I didn’t want to say anything at first because, you know, benefit of the doubt. But my drink was served in a filthy glass that made me want to throw up. It’s obvious they don’t wash their dishes properly, and now I think my husband and I might have gotten sick from eating here. Please be advised.

Absolutely ludicrous to be out of stock on to-go boxes, napkins and who knows what else. And to hear that this has been a weekly thing for awhile is completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately. It is unfair to collect money from your customers and not provide them with something to take leftovers home in. It’s also highly unfair to put that stress on your waitstaff. Management you REALLY need to get it together and step it up. Your cutting costs is a complete inconvenience to your customers. And I’d hate to ask how and where else costs are being cut.

Our waiter Anthony was exceptional despite having to constantly bear bad news to multiple tables, disappointing the customers. He was as accommodating as he could be and this review is absolutely no reflection of his service and professionalism throughout our experience.

I do not recommend eating here and if you do be prepared by BYO napkins and to go boxes. Oh and no and lemons either.

Applebee’s, you really should be ashamed.

Friday dinner. No wait to be seated. One waitress for our section, almost no one in the adjacent section and several at the bar. The waitress was working her behind off but service was slow, those assisting the server were unsure of what they were doing, what food and drinks went where and when the order was not accurate, wasn’t sure how to handle it.When they brought the correct portion of the meal, it was ice cold, a veg not thoroughly cooked through. We were told later it could not be adjusted and removed from the bill so asked for a manager. We just asked that one side order that was messed up and then cold be adjusted, not to comp the entire meal. Manager finally came, said something quickly and walked away. She was invisible until that time and again afterward. Never saw her on the floor again. Turns out, she comped the whole meal but didn’t say it and we sat for another ten minutes wondering where the adjusted bill was. When the waitress came back and told us it was comped we tried to tip her but she wouldn’t take the card. I gave the few $$ cash I had on me. She should not be totally penalized for the others. This is not the first time having issues at this location. Over two years staffing has been an issue three other times, sometimes food was under par but edible and we’ve never said a word until tonight. Friday nights should be better staffed. If staff doesn’t show, then management should be making a consistent showing, helping the rest of the servers get it done and not mumbling then walking away when something is said or asked for. and to the know it all evesdroppers behind us, mind your own business. No one made a scene, raised a voice or behaved badly except you while calling names as you walked out of the restaurant. I doubt most folks want to pay full price for parts of a meal not received.

Y’all! Do NOT sleep on Applebee’s. Came here with my son after his basketball practice and the were still in their “Happy Hour” we got 1/2 priced apps – the Sweet Thai Chili boneless wings and the Chicken Wonton Tacos for my hubby to go. My son and I dined in and enjoyed their 2 for $2x meal. We shared the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. He got the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese With Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders and I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. You can never go wrong with the Bourbon Street meal.

TRULY our neighborhood bar and grill we are always greeted with such friendly hosts, attentive servers and delicious food.

Geno was our server during our visit and he always checked in with us to make sure we were good. We were disappointed they didn’t have cheesecake for dessert, but all in all a great visit and we would come back again soon!

How this place has 4 stars is honestly amazing considering how far it’s slipped. My parents went there for my dads retirement mini celebration and their entire experience was messed up. They ordered bloody marys which were made horribly, and according to them (2 older individuals who maybe have 1 alcoholic drink a year, if that) the vodka in the Bloody Marys were extremely watered down and almost non existent.
My dad ordered some type of noodle dish, which they waited 45 mins for, only to be told by the Manager that there was no noodle sauce available and she wouldn’t be making anymore tonight. My parents didn’t directly order anything else because they were extremely frustrated at that point.
Nonetheless the manager brought out a pathetic chicken strip salad that had one chicken strip that was cut up super small to make it look like there was more chicken than was actually there.
It would have saved the embarrassment of realizing whoever is in charge of ordering for that location is extremely incompetent, along with management being extremely incompetent as well, if they didn’t bother with that “salad” at all.
The cherry on top was the table next to them, they didn’t get any silverware and also waited over 45 mins for their meals, at which point the female of the pair had to sarcastically ask “can i have some silverware so i can actually eat?”
My parents definitely won’t be coming back, and neither will I. Sadly this seems to be the state of many chain restaurants in the Colorado Springs/Fountain area, being mismanaged by wholly incompetent Restaurant Managers and supplies running low due to incompetent Kitchen Management.
The Colorado Department of Liquor definitely needs to take a peek at potential alcohol tampering/watering down, and whoever owns Applebee’s needs to swoop in and clean house. Managing a chain Restaurant really isn’t that hard, but apparently is for the current management team there.

Not sure who the bull nose ring chick at the bar was.. but i sat down… waited 15 min to even be acknowledged… tried to place an order. Watched them walk by me 6 times… finally asked what I wanted .. a pint on top… 15 second pour… but I got a…. ok ill be right there… only to go back to the back of house.

Worked in this industry for 17 years… a bar manager would be livid.. and you’ve lost my business. Pitiful service. Legit do better.
