Been here several times throughout the year. Veteran’s Day is a day they ‘get it’. It is not about the meal. It is the gratitude. A real genuine Thank You. I visited four restaurants that thought it was about a discount and I walked out. Kids wrote Thank You cards. There were PostIt Notes from staff and kids. You can tell who the Veteran’s are as they stop and read them. I myself was moved to tears.
There were only two other restaurants that ‘got it’. Sad what Veteran’s Day has become, another business gimmick.

We get dinner here sometimes and it is always amazing service!
This last time, our server Fanacy was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and on top of any possible requests before we asked! She asked if I wanted water with my smoothie, if we wanted A1 with our steak, and eve had us cut the steak to check that it was cooked to our liking!
We never had to ask for anything. She always offered things very quickly (refills included). We loved her attitude and her skilled service! Thank you!

I went to eat on Sunday night around 10:30 p.m. The food took about an hour to come out. We ordered a regular burger and a mac and cheese with some kind of sweet chicken. Honestly, we didn’t even touch the mac and cheese because it didn’t taste like mac and cheese at all. It was basically just bland, slightly creamy pasta with no real flavor, and the chicken tenders were drenched in that overly sweet honey sauce.
In the end, they did remove that dish from our bill, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the overall meal was just not good, and I ended up getting sick afterward. Today is Friday, and I still haven’t improved, so I had to seek medical attention, and they confirmed it was food poisoning.
I never leave restaurant reviews, but I felt I had to this time because the experience was so unpleasant. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.

Came in at 10 pm to enjoy some dinner with my partner after I got off work and our server Fanancy was so fantastic and wonderful. She made the experience so good and she was so kind making sure we had everything we needed!! I hope she continues to make other people feel as welcome as she made us feel!!

SO MAD!!!! Food was disgusting! Had to wait FOREVER to get helped! Our pasta had NO SAUCE!!! We had to ask for “extra” and they literally charged us for it! On top of that… it took 20 min longer waiting on the sauce! By the time we got it our food was COLD!!! Service was TERRIBLE!!!! I AM SO MAD AT THIS PLACE RIGHT NOW!!!!! I COULD’VE GOTTEN BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD AT MCDONALD’S!!!!

Samantha, or server, was great. The food we ordered was not warm/hot when brought to the table (Appetizers, battered fish). Loud, repetitive (the entire time we were there) banging with broom/dustpan in bar lobby area by some other girl, yet somehow Samantha didn’t make the loud banging noise with every sweep over and over again when she was helping her clean. It was impossible to hear anything but that as I’m just trying to spend some quality time with my wife and barely get any time off work. And my wife is the sweetest, most patient and kind person but it was driving her bonkers, too. We were there between 9:30 and 10:30pm and they close at midnight. Nobody wants to experience what we did there.

I’m not to sure why i have gone back here as many times as i have, the food always looks so good on commercials but absolutely fails.
This last visit i was extremely disappointed in the food, Honestly I should have complained but I was exhausted and my son was ready to go home so we ate fast and left. Ordering a steak Medium rare and it came out all most no pink in the middle might as well been well done. I upgraded sides cheesy broccoli which sounded amazing except it was steamed broccoli with a small pile of un melted shredded cheese on top… the mac n cheese same thing plain noodles with some shredded cheese on top .. how is that even mac n cheese … ordered an app to start the meal because i was told by the waitress they are 50% off for happy hour. except she failed to mention only certain ones. so be ware of that. i should have taken some pictures to justify my words but they need to do a lot better

Went for their Veteran’s Day menu last month, but they were at capacity and we couldn’t wait more than an hour. Applebee’s gave me a coupon to come back the next week so they could honor the Veteran’s deal. Called to reserve a table, but due to Covid it was first come, first serve. Got a table after about a 12 min wait. Great service! Got the $5 margarita special with a Christmas theme. Queso was great, the chips were freshly fried, but a little chewy. Fiance and I both got steaks, mine came out on a sizzle plate. Everything, but the chips, were great!
