This Applebee’s location was amazing. Was not too busy, but is was busy. My waitress came by about six times to check on me and the manger stop by as well to make sure everything was good. Top notch service. The food was also very good, and very reasonably priced. My experience here beats many 5 start restaurant. Plus they had many happy hour deals and appetizer at great prices. Dollar for dollar, I will eat here more often than other more expensive restaurants or fast food. My meal was just a little higher than a number 1 at MC donalds.

Toni is fantastic as a server. He ensures everything is on point and still makes an effort even after paying to ensure nothing extra is needed. He has gone above and beyond on countless occasions to fix a meal or refill a drink. I could never stop saying enough positive things about Toni.

The Food and Drink were delicious and the Service was exceptional. The reason for the 3 Star Score is based on the Customer Relationship Experience. I originally sat and waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any server. I brought the menu back to the hostess and stated that I was going to go elsewhere because nobody had come by my table. I stated this in front of 2 managers and another server named Joe, who was willing to serve me. I paid full price for a drink, a meal and a dessert. It would have been nice to have had the dessert comped off the bill or been thanked by a manager for choosing to stay. I work in Customer Service myself, and I would have gladly done something in appreciation to recognized the importance of the business- client relationship. Joe was outstanding as my server.

We were seated right away, very friendly attentive staff, did not like we couldn’t change out or pay a difference for traditional wings on an appetizer instead of boneless (The boneless were so greasy we didn’t eat them). Other than that the price and portions were on point. We will be returning!

Another Great Location!!
This Applebee’s is another great location for this chain of restaurants. I visited this location while in the area for business since it was close to my hotel. The staff were great, and I was seated right away. I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and the 8 ounce Top Sirloin, cooked medium-rare. My plate also had loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I also had a local craft beer that was on tap. Another good experience at Applebee’s and a testament as to why I keep coming back to this chain when I’m travelling. Great service, great food and great beer.

Our wonderful waitress was very attentive and the manager even checked in to make sure my nachos weren’t too spicy. We got hot tea with extra water and tea bags!! It was a little to noisy, so hard to hear. That’s pretty normal these days though.

Chicken was undercooked it’s a good thing I checked or I would have been sick . I asked for no parsley no seasoning on my grilled chicken. There was a piece of parsley on the top I turned it over all the seasoning was on the bottom. I’m glad I checked I have high blood pressure and I don’t need to have a high blood pressure attack. Do better Applebees do better.

I gotta say, Applebee’s seems to be a default when you’re looking for a day to eat out at. It almost always seems like a good bet for a group like ours. That or maybe we’re zombified to the greasy allure of burgers, I dunno.
Regardless, we decided to stop in on the Applebee’s in Brighton just before the lunch rush. The server Aracely was on top of it for us, making sure we had everything and even a special request for sauce.
So tried the new chicken sandwich menu myself, and the food was none too spicy, but holy dollars it was pipin’ hot fresh from the fryer. Definitely a bonus, here.
