EDIT: Called in about the issue and the manager on duty was *more* than helpful! Gave multiple options to help resolve things. Lifted this from 3 stars to 5. I’m so used to other places that either do nothing (McDonald’s) and ones that basically tell folks to kick rocks. Incredibly pleased and thankful, but will be retaining the original text for context (and if anyone has a similar issue! give them a call and they’ll certainly get you sorted)

Second time in which I’ve ordered a $12.99+ meal (bacon and cheddar chicken sandwich) via the value menu, but was given the standard $9.99 version instead despite being charged $3 more.

Standard Applebee’s menu adjusted for Mother’s Day. The Bourbon Street Steak was perfectly cooked to order (Medium Rare). The onions, mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes that came with it were also very good. I don’t think the cherry limeade is on the menu anymore, but they made one for me anyway. It was perfect for a hot day.

Service was excellent. Chelsea was prompt, friendly, attentive and informative. The space is nice and broken up so you don’t feel crowded. They have some TVs mainly in the bar area. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

Parking is not a problem, although when it’s particularly busy you may not be close.

gotta love the service. this location was the best. I had someone serving us but was still in training, he didn’t even need a trainer, so attentive. asked the appropriate questions right away. no delay in service. shout out to the trainers/managers here. your work shows

I tried chicken fettuccine, had been sitting under a heating lamp. The person at reception, placed friend and I next to several families.It was very loud. On our way out near the receptionist, 2 people were sitting was quiet.While the entire dining area was quiet.

The food was absolutely wonderful. Great presentation. Excellent drinks as well. The only thing I was sad about was they don’t carry any other hot sauce other than Tobasco. Also, had to ask for hot sauce and a side of honey mustard twice. The first person I asked was the person just dropping food off at the table, and not the main waiter. Then we asked the main waiter and he was on it. So overall great food and great price. Will definitely be back again.

This place is awesome I come and sit at the bar here several times a week; and I genuinely feel way better spirits after leaving. The staff seems like family with each other and their customers—and I always feel so welcome to chat with them. Definitely a different Applebees experience than I have anywhere else

Leanna was our server. She was friendly up until I told her we need a table for 8. She then proceeded to get upset and shove tables together. She was then our server; where she yelled at us as she walked away. We just asked a simple question. She also proceeded to make excuses for why she was so slow. The food was fine, the experience was awful due to Leanna.

My family and I walked in and stood for a good three to four minutes and no one acknowledged us at all, a man at the bar had to yell at an employee for a refill because she was too busy yapping with someone. Business was slow, maybe 4 tables were seated and the bar was half fullVery unprofessional. Ill be sure to tell the people I know to avoid it like the plague.

When writing a review, I try to stay positive, encouraging and promote these businesses for their attention to detail, service and customer interaction.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not because of the food, it was fantastic! Not because of our servers, they were professional and attentive.
It was the hidden charge and the managers response. This was my first experience at Applebees. At the table there’s a kiosk, this is where you pay your bill and play a game or two while you wait. I played a game, no advertisement of cost on the kiosk or on display on the table.
I was charged $2.99 in addition to my food cost. I know it’s not much, but it is when there was no advertisement. When speaking to the waitress, she looked at our kiosk and couldn’t find the advertisement of cost either. I asked her to refund the charge. She sent for the manager on tonight “Angela?” who first stated “i can refund it” and when looking at the kiosk needed to exit and reenter 5 times before she found the 1 second display of $2.99. She said “here it is” and then said, “but you played”. After a brief discussion, she continued reiterating “but you played”.
The point was not that I played, it was that there was no advertisement of cost and I thought it was free.
This manager is the reason I will not return to Applebee’s.

Maybe advertise cost of the games along side the drinks and desserts.

ADDENDUM: Applebee’s General Manager Jeff addressed my concerns with kindess, attentiveness and effective communication. He is demonstrated an exemplary character in his calm demeanor in promoting Applebee’s values of being “a good neighbor” by operating with inegrity and accountability. He not only resolved my issue but also took initatives to ensure no one else experiences the same issue with the kiosk.
I am blown away by this experience and have edited my ratings accordingly.

Terrible experience. We waited 15mns. for server,39-45mns for appetizers, it was 21/2 hrs before we got our food. The manager finally wondered over and managed a weak apology with a weekend excuse attached but it was Sunday night and they weren’t that busy. She offered us a free dessert.
I just wanted to leave but our kids were hungry. A guy was literally walking around touching himself, and the bathrooms were disgusting. I won’t be back.
