Went for lunch and it was very clean. Service wa fast and friendly. Food was good just as would be expected. Ordered chicken and it was cooked perfectly. My kids Ordered the yogurt with strawberries and said it wasn’t that good but their mac amd cheese was just like Kraft. Not to creamy probably reheated but my kids kind of that way. My daughter left something behind amd when we called they were holding it at the bar. Appreciate the honesty

Victoria was alone and kept everyone informed about their orders. She personally kept going to the kitchen to get food updates. She did a good job. Stay positive Victoria. The manager needs to step up and get involved. 1 dish came out 30 minutes before 2 dish. 1 dish was cold on arrival. 2nd dish a burger was cold, burnt and just tasted bad. The fries came out 5 minutes after the burger. The person next to us got the same burger and I warned her about the quality and hers was fine not burnt, not cold and just overall looked so much better. VICTORIA GETS A SOLID 5 APPLBEES gets a 1.

It was a cool evening and I wanted coffee. My coffee was room temperature. Then I asked for a bake chicken with fettuccine. The chicken was grease like it had been fried and the fettuccine was cold. It came with a bread stick which was soak in butter. At this point my appetite was gone. I didn’t want to get anything else. Worse experience. It was supposed to be a nice dinner after movies. I will stick to the other location by Montwood where I never had a problem.

Placed a to go order last night and then it took me a while to come pick it up. When I got there, the staff took it upon themselves to completely re-make my entire order so that it would be fresh for us. The staff and manager were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Every time I come into an Applebee’s, I have an amazing experience, today was really off, first I ordered the Ribblet platter, it came with 4-5 riblet pieces and very little fries, the riblets were very dry and I’ve cold, the coleslaw had a bitter taste and a slimy texture. It was very cold inside especially with it being 38 degrees outside, the music sucked, every song was in Spanish, I didn’t know what they were saying. And the waiter, what a piece of work, every time I tried to get his attention, he would turn around and walk away, very arrogant “HERNAN”. I’ll attempt to give this location another attempt on a different occasion, but if he’s my waiter, I’ll walk out.

I will remain anonymous for the complete review of my experience but I will also keep it short. 1/10 overall from me and my family personally because of the manager Gavin, he shrugged off my problems during my dinner there and made me and my family feel less than. Applebees please fix this issue I have been dining at your locations for 10 plus years and I don’t think I would like to experience this ever again.

The fish and chips were pretty good. The chicken strips looked more like cheese sticks and the Caesar salad was not good at all. It was covered in dressing, and it tasted more like tangy mayo.

My family and I went for dinner last night to watch the niners game and Samantha was amazing the food took a little long but the “General manager” I forgot his name checked on us and was very cool about it! Great overall experience!
