Got a salad, lettuce was brown and wilted not all but most, wife’s had some lettuce which was actually black in parts. Plus the bowl was almost empty. Next main meal. I had a steak asked for medium. Steak came out burnt black outside grey inside tuff as shoe leather. Mashed potatoes can out cold as if they came directly from the fridge. So they replaced the meal. Second steak came out well done but edible. Potatoes were still cold but not ice cold. They gave me a1 steak sauce which I did not want the bottle was filthy. My wife got the grilled chicken salad, the chicken was cold and rubbery. The lettuce, and veggies were brown and old.

Got food poisoning after eatting wings from this location. When I bit into the wing, between the breading and the chicken there was a gelatinous substance that was pitch black. Possibly a blood clot, or something. But the service was on point. The young man that helped me and my friends did a great job. So that’s the saving grace to my over all review.

Ate dinner here an hour before we had to go to a hockey game, the food was delivered promptly. Nice waitress, the only minor complaint was that the booth I sat at had the blinds open so the sun was hitting me right in the eyes. I ordered the zesty lime chicken with rice, it was frickin good. I can’t remember ever ordering that at any other Applebee’s before so I want to try it again at a different one to see if it’s just as good as this one on Mesa was.

We were seated then waited for 40+ minutes to be attended. No one else came to us, then once we saw another table be seated; they were immediately attended and given service and we were still on the sidelines. It felt very disrespectful considering the restaurant was nearly empty. I usually enjoy coming here but what just transpired was insane to me. Please be more aware of the tables you seat and communicate on who serves who. I was server before and understand when things get overwhelming but still. That was disappointing.

Applebees never disappoints! This location really is hit or miss. They have some of the BEST servers and also some of the not so best. But we still enjoy coming here. Plus it’s open late!!! Tortilla soup is pretty good – I HIGHLY recommend the chicken pasta!!

Visited restairant on sunday, I tried their new cheeseburguer o m, i was very disapointed,i did not liked it at all, very greasy, chess all over the plate but in the burguer.
Restaurant was almost empty, it was sunday at 2 pm.
I noticed on table next to mine, 3 people out of 4 returned their plate.
Very surprised, Applebee’s is usually pretty good.
I am not coming back there anytime soon.

Came here with my brother and a friend we were sat and not one server acknowledged us for 40 minutes+. Not one employee checked in on us we decided to give them more time just in case something was happening. But a party of 5 came in and they were seated and they were immediately serviced. After witnessing that we decided to leave.
