Hot here at 7:20 pm seated right away. Waitress came up and ordered right away. She was very nice. Wierd part in 7 mins I got the cheese sticks, 10 mins after that my salad arrived and 10 min after that the wings arrived. Would have liked all my apps together. Food arrived at 7:45 right after the wings. The fiesta lime chicken was over cooked and the rice dry. I think the biggest issue is this is a combo store apple bee and IHOP. I have not had great experiences since they added IHOP. Also on a side note it’s very cold inside.

We had the 2 for $25 sirloin and to my surprise it was really good! Both steaks were cooked to our specifications and seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery and the broccoli steamed well. I did not have high hopes for this restaurant combo but I’ve been proven wrong. I hope they maintain this high standard of food quality in the years to come. Our server Eldred was perfect, they were attentive without being bothersome. Excited to come back and try out the rest of the menu.

My cousin and I wanted a hearty breakfast and decided on IHOP! I had the big steak omelet, and it was amazing! Manny was our server, and he treated us like royalty. He was friendly and courteous, and we shared a few laughs with him. He’s a delight! The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. We have always enjoyed eating at IHOP, and this visit didn’t disappoint! It’s still a wonderful place to take the family or to hang out with friends!

Most of the wait staff seemed exceptional. Unfortunately, my waitress was the worst. I probably waited a good 15 mins before she made her first trip to my table. I ordered my drink and meal right then.
I finished my water and never saw my waitress. My meal finally came out. The green beans and mashed potatoes were excellent. The steak seemed like it was cooked earlier and then reheated to serve. It was a little overcooked. But had zero moisture. I’ve had beef jerky that was less dry.
The waitress serving all the tables around me was an amazing waitress. There were two others nearby who I saw regularly and seemed like they did well. Mine? I think I saw her twice the entire visit. Just got seated at the wrong table apparently.

The restaurants new and I get it but overhyped with the cross overs. The food is okay, but totally the mediocre stuff always at these two spots.
The service really struggled. Went during lunch. Was a bit busy but nothing crazy. Staff was friendly but we waited forever to order. Then our appetizer came out after our food.

Last night was amazing it was pretty busy food was coming out fast a manager Jorge came up to us and asked how the food was and we told him everything tasted good !

Some friends and I had lunch here today, and Brandi was the most attentive and thoughtful waitress! Not only was the food delicious, but she recommended the perfect margarita (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere) and brought us honey mustard and ranch to go with our delicious Cali roasted turkey melts because she said it was her favorite. She said she works a lot but loves her job, and you could tell she genuinely meant it. Somebody give this gal a raise because she is awesome!

I’ve eaten here twice. Once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was typical ihop, nothing fancy but solid. The dinner was pretty bad. Long wait time for food, and we never even got the drink we ordered. The waitress was very nice and so was the manager. The issue seemed related to understaffing. They seemed overwhelmed for the volume of business.
