Good environment music was good, I just didn’t like when I asked for drink specials the bartender just grabbed the advertisement on the table flipped it to where they were and walked away like he was annoyed. We ordered pickled fries and false advertisement, presentation was terrible and it was so skimp, and half the pickles were like little nuggets we didn’t even stay for an entree I wanted to avoid the disappointment again.

Ok, so we had a horrible experience in November. Alex the manager contacted me and asked us to give them another chance to rectify the situation. We went back and let me tell you the experience was amazing! Alex made sure we were taken care of and our waitress Christine was very attentive and polite. Our drinks never ran dry and she was very pleasant. The food was good , which we have never had an issue with the food here, we love it. I have to say that we will be back to this location. I truly appreciate Alex for reaching out and making this experience 10000% better than our last. This type of customer service will keep us customers for life.

Went yesterday with my boyfriend and we sat in the bar section. I’m not sure if this is how they work but the host didn’t give us any menus when she sat us so we sat there for a while with no menus. Like, at least give us something to look at while y’all ignore us. The bartender clearly saw us but didn’t acknowledge us, im a waitress myself so I very was understanding and figured he was busy at first, but then I saw him talking to a girl sitting at the bar, then I saw him pre buss his area,.. then back to talking, I’m a waitress so I understand when you have stuff to do but for us to sit there looking around for ANYONE to just acknowledge us or give us menus after a while, and when I finally wave at the bartender he rudely says “I see you!, im coming” I wouldn’t have to wave if he had done as little as to give us a smile letting us know he acknowledged us. When I’m busy and I hve tables, I simply say “I’ll be right with you” and bam!, problem solved. But i got the feeing no one wanted to wait on us the servers just walked by like nothing goofing around with eachother. Then he forgot to ring in our order on top of that. My bf had to ask where our appetizers were and he ran back to the computer and rung it in, THEN more time passes and we finally got our appetizers. And to top it all off, he charged me for cranberry juice that I never even ordered. I’ve been a waitress for years so I hate leaving a bad tip but the bartender was NOT IT.

Top service, clean, fun for sports watching or a family meal. Food is amazing and their drinks are top shelf with real baristas. Staff always seem to enjoy working there. Love every single chip and dish. And their prices are the lowest most affordable budget friendly. Absolutely love this place

food was great. hostess super rude. waitress we had took forever to come to our table and get our drinks and when we ordered she took even longer to bring them back. When we were ordering she had a stank face and horrible attitude never once checked on our table asked for the tab and she walked away and ignored until she saw us get up our table applebees get better employees because all of them were rude !!!!

Horrible experience. Food was good but service was not. After 20 min wait of being seated, we finally got a waitress to take our drinks. We placed our order as well. After another 10mins waitress came back asking us if she had put in our order? Really? We told her she never brought our drinks either. She finally brought our food. And never came back to check on us. A manager has passed by our table more than twice and didnt acknowledge us either. We had to ask for the manager.

Went to Applebees this past Sunday and will never go back to this location. Their air conditioning has so much condensation, we didn’t notice until my husband had water fall on his arm and we looked up. There’s multiple wet spots on the ceiling (and carpet floors) all through the restaurant. Our server was trying his best but he was in charge of multiple tables. Manager was talking with another server instead of helping out. We went for the all you can eat deal and we didn’t like the food, especially the ribs that were burnt.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. The advertisements for the cheese burger/2 for $25 brought us in, so we drove 20+ minutes to this location. A huge mistake. Getting sat was fine, but that’s where the experience starts and ends. We sat there for 20 mins while a waitress walked by us 4 times (we counted). AND then a Manager looking woman walked by everyone in our section and asked the usual “are yall ok” “how is the food” and STILL walked by us with nothing to say. We got up and left. Not to play this card (don’t do light at ALL) but I was the only black person in there for the looks of it, so I don’t know if it was racism or just pure terrible hospitality. We will not be coming back here or any Applebees locations. I strongly urge you if you read this far to do the same.

Where to start?! First, upon entering the staff seated us quickly. No complaints. Drink order, food order, was rather quick. However, waitress was very inattentive and did not check on us but, once and never refilled our drinks. Only time she was attentive was when she brought our check. Big table or not, it was 11PM and dead, I’m not mean. I still tipped. Food was HORRIBLE and GROSS. I won’t eat here again!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. As soon as my Fiance and I walked in there was a short young waitress with dark curly hair yelling and arguing with the young male host that they “better not be sat in her section” and was still muttering to him in his ear as he as deciding where to seat us. He asked us if the bar was okay and instantly started walking us over there but we told him no, we did not want to sit in the bar. Then he looked at the waitress and she made a sigh and he then sat us at a regular booth. We were waiting for over 8 minutes for someone to even come and greet us all while the waitress as well as an older Male manager came up to the host stand to talk to her, all while looking at our table but never sending anyone. Horrible attitude and customer service.
