Zac was absolutely awesome! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive. His recommendations were great, our orders were accurate, and the service was fast and seamless.

We had an excellent experience at Applebees, and I want to make sure management sees this, especially considering it was a busy Saturday night. To be completely honest, the last time we were here (over a month ago), it was a bad enough experience that we had written this location off. This completely changed that. Our server, Zachary, was outstanding from start to finish. Even with how busy it was, we never once had to ask for refills—he was already there when we needed anything. The food came out perfectly, right on time, and everything was accurate. What really stood out was how great he was with our kids. He made sure they were part of the experience and even had toys to give them, which kept them happy and made the entire meal relaxed and enjoyable for our family. Doing that on a packed night says a lot about his professionalism and awareness. Zachary is a true asset to this location and absolutely deserves recognition. Service like his is the reason we’ll be coming back.

We really enjoyed dinner last night. Our server was amazing. Zac just made the whole experience for us we will definitely be returning again. My husband had written off this restaurant because of bad experiences in the past I convinced him to go one more time and we are both glad we did!! honestly that man was moving around so fast lol he deserves a promotion

my boyfriend and I had dinner here after a long day. The food was excellent and our waiter Zac put the cherry on top. Very hospitable and attended superb. great place to have a meal or a drink! If you stop here ask for Zac!

We ordered our food online. We paid $160 for our order. We arrived and waited for the order. The server came out and let us know that they were out of thing we ordered. We had to choose other items to replace what we ordered. We waited an hour for the food to be brought out. Most of our order was cold. The drinks were missing. It could have been great, but it wasn’t.
