I placed an order for take out about 30 minutes till close. I was disappointed to find the cup of queso was less than a fourth of the container full. If they didn’t have much left for the night I would have understood and possibly ordered something different or they could have charged me for a smaller size but I paid about 8 bucks for enough queso to cover 5 chips literally. They also only gave one set of utensils when we ordered 2 meals. I know we ordered a little late but I still expected decent service however I’m highly disappointed with what I got. On a good note the waiter that took my order over the phone was excellent with no misunderstanding, didn’t have to repeat or correct a single word.

We are a Large family, 5 children & 3 Adults. It took them a moment to get us all settled in at tables together but once they did, everything was OUTSTANDING!!! Highly recommend this restaurant. Food was fantastic and EVERYONE thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Can’t wait to go back!

First time eating at Applebee’s and I have to say that it will be the last. The restaurant was all but dead but it took almost 45 min to get our appetizer and another 10 to get our food. Our server got not only our drink order wrong but our food orders as well. We were constantly waiting on refills even though there were very few people in there.

It was way too hot to enjoy anything. Most of the food wasn’t any good. Couldn’t keep drinks filled(had to ask everytime). Took most of the food home because it was to hot and we had to warm up the food. Not enough workers. Had to ask for the check three times. ( The thing on the table to pay wouldn’t work) I will never go back!

Me & a Coworker went to dine in for drinks. We stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. We ordered drinks & spinach dip for appetizers. The spinach dip was cooked in the microwave, the tortilla chips were stale. We told the waitress she took the chips & brought out some more chips that were stale. We asked for the manager. He came to our table & we explained to him that the chips were stale, he took it off our ticket. This Applebee’s is short of staff, food is horrible. I would NOT recommend this Applebee’s. I am glad I didn’t order a steak.

I would give no stars if I could. We walked in at 1038pm and wasn’t seated. Stood at the door for over 5 minutes and watched the hostess stand at the bar talking to a customer. Was seated by another server and was sat in a area where NO ONE else was sitting. Sat in a booth for almost 15 minutes before leaving and going to Chili’s across the street and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and seated. There were 3 servers on their phones looking out the window watching us leave

I ordered from here last night on the app. DoorDash picked up and delivered my order. Something was wrong so I called the local store. The girl was so helpful and nice. She contacted DoorDash to have the missing items replaced. After a long time and having no one show up I called back. She said the replacement order was picked up a long time ago and should have been to me already. Then she took my address and said she had an employee that volunteered to deliver my meal to me this time due to all the trouble. I am so grateful and will continue to come here.

We were there not realizing it was Cinco de Mayo. Even tho was packed. We were able to get a sit right away. We got the appetizer trio that was 17.99 , we were expecting that the waitress would recommend us the specials. The appetizers were 5$ that night but, no offer. It was great tho. My husband liked the wingd so much he got more. I got the margarita which was 5 dollars that night was so good. Server wasn’t at our table till 15mins later. Kinda frustrating but, we eventually got our order. We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and my husband the wings. Everything was hot when we got it. But over all it was good.
