Pretty low energy location, you could tell the servers really didnt want to be there but had to do their job, slightly depressing location tho. They had great specials, food came out relatively quick, server was attentive.

Let me just say our server Deacon was cool , the host seemed a bit bothered that we requested a booth instead of a table he wiped it off real quick and sat us down at a wet table. Took awhile just to get our appetizer , and it came 4 mins before our actual order. I would rate the food 7.5 out of 10 , my fries were cold and my friend received the wrong order the first time. Also this Applebees is a bit dated ; they didn’t really know how to work the QR code for the gift card and there was no self service for card or tap at table.

The food was horrible had ribeye steak cooked medium well cut it blood flows sent it back came back the part I cut was done the center was still bloody. So frustrated we paid 70 bucks for the meal. Just horrible. The service and atmosphere was great except for the big water bugs hanging around inside. But that happens. They could have done better in the food

Respectfully please check your food, I legit had a roach that was alive in my chicken Alfredo and I had already taken a few bites before I saw it my server Wendy was really sweet about it and she honestly was great but please watch your food.

Today I went to eat at Applebee’s and had a completely unacceptable experience. While I was eating, a cockroach came out from underneath my plate. I immediately spoke with the manager and explained what had happened. She told me that she “hadn’t seen any cockroaches in about a week” and found it strange.
Although the manager told me not to pay for the food, she still asked me to pay for the drinks, which I found very inappropriate considering the seriousness of the situation. After something like this, the least they could have done was cover the entire bill.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this location.

Uplifting environment with great eats & drinks! Stopped by today again for a to-go order and had a drink at the bar. Still a lively environment with great drinks and eats, February 5th 2022. My wife and I stopped in for lunch today and it was afford and delicious. She had the oriental salad which was great! Jun 15, 2023 another great uplifting experience with great eats. “I took my oldest son to Applebee’s for his birthday earlier this month and our server, David, was awesome! Super attentive and just really great all around. He made such an impression that when we went back last Thursday for my younger son’s 6th birthday, my son wanted to go say hi to him. We asked our waitress if David could come by, and he did — wished him a happy birthday and even checked in on us a few times after. Seriously one of the best servers we’ve ever had!

A chain that has a wide variety of several delicacies to pick from is great. A good dining experience depends on the server to a significant extent. Nikala was the server and she was spot on with everything. Offered a clean table, order was served as requested, friendly environment and that all I ask for a night out.
