They had a deal for the day when I went in, the waitress said that they couldn’t do the deal because the draft machine was down. I then asked if they could do bottles and still do it she said yes. Then I asked since the bottles were 12 ounces, and the deal said 16 ounces if I could do 3 bottles to pay for two beers and she said she couldn’t do it. She said bottles were $1 more. Not sure why she tried to run up my tab, but I sure saved money on a tip! won’t be back to this establishment that won’t honor their deals. TRASH!!!!

Probably one reason it was empty on a Thursday evening. I ended up just going to the gas station and buying beer after with the tip money ;).
Don’t let this happen to you, no matter how much obligation you feel by tipping in our society, especially if they’re not willing to help. I also had an empty drink way to long… and again nobody was there!

We just had dinner at this Apple Bee’s and had such a great experience. Emmanuel was our server and he was so attentive and thoughtful. He recommended things in the menu, checked on us often, and at the end even brought us to go glasses for what was left of our iced teas. Will definitely be back and will request him to be our server. Thank you so much!

I went very happy with my son because he gave me a gift card for Christmas. I live in Oakcliff so after work n school we went to dinner together. And the waitress behavior was weird since the beginning she barley came close to the table to give us the menus, drinks, food. I felt like she treated us racist. I promise I won’t comeback anymore. I didn’t like the food, probably was the same reason make me feel bad. The only reason I stayed was because my son was very hungry.

Bad experience. Food took forever to come out, and when it did, it was cold. The waitress did not check on our table or ask to refill any of our drinks. Will NOT be returning. The waitress tried to say that they got a rush. It was not even busy. It was only about six tables that had people in the entire restaurant.

Put in a to go order. Paid almost $8 for a side salad that was SO messed up. I specifically said no tomatoes or croutons and add extra cucumbers. What I got was a pinch of lettuce, NO dressing and NO cucumbers but they made sure to add tomatoes and croutons. Ordered medium rare steak and it was WAY overcooked.

The food was good, it was hot and delicious, our waitress was very nice and attentive, it was a nice ambiance, it looked very inviting like home maybe because it was the holidays and it was Christmas, but all in all the food was good the service was great and the atmosphere was great, loved the warm welcome I got when I came in not only by the person at the door but the waitress and the manager made it very welcoming

This location keeps going further and further downhill. Went in today 9/19. The person that greeted us had an attitude just because we didn’t want to sit in loud bar area. The food was ok but giant pieces of lettuce in the salad that had to be cut up and old white throw away part of the lettuce on my burger. The bathroom I could tell had been mopped but the urinal 100% hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. Dust and dirt all over it so this is weeks on neglect. Pretty gross. Won’t be back to this location.
