We waited forever to be seated then another wait for service. Food took a long time to come out even though they weren’t that busy. Drinks were never refilled. They needed a manager visible to help them. Disappointed

I would say my online order experience was, mediocre. I placed my order to be ready by 7pm and I arrived at 7:05. A couple of minutes later I was greeted and was told my order was getting bagged up. 13 minutes later I had to ask another server about my order and finally I recieved it, and was given a sorry excuse of an apology. I payed $50 for 2 meals, why do I have to care about thier troubles? I’m the customer, I should not have to feel sorry. How hard is it to hand off the order? As I’m about to put the order in my car, I noticed the bag was a greasy mess. I was not putting that in my car. Also the fries got cold from sitting too long. I went back inside and told them my issues. They gave me a new bag that was clean and fresh hot fries. They shouldve also gave me more fries or ribs or perhaps a discount for my troubles. I lost almost a half an hour of my time just to pick up my order.

There’s a variety of food to choose from and the price is affordable. It’s an American bistro and sports bar. They serve alcoholic drinks and have happy hour. A great place for family and friends.

I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak on 8/16 and it was perfect. A good steak and cooked just the way I ordered. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t wait to order it again today 8/20 and it was awful. So tough I couldn’t eat it. It was like an over cooked piece of rubber. So disappointed. I hope the manager checks on his employee that thought this steak was fit to be served.

Applebee’s isn’t quite like I remember it. The food was ok.. I ordered the clubhouse grill with fries and a Dr. Pepper at the bar. And while the meal was appropriately prepared and seasoned in line with what I remember from this kind of restaurant, it just tagged so different, lesser quality perhaps.

Our waitress Amber was super nice. The burgers we ordered were flavorful and juicy. One of us had the waffle frys, and the other had steak fries. Thank you for your great serve and food. We will be back.

Great location. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu and even offered her personal opinions about what she orders here. Food came out promptly and was correctly made. Our only hiccup was that some other table played a game on their tablet device and it was trying to place it on our bill. It was quickly removed. Always double check your bill.

We stopped in around late dinner time. Restaurant was not crowded at all. Food was great and was a good value. Very quiet at that time. Server was nice but seemed to be stretched thin and had too many tables to cover.
