Ribs came out cold. Only white wine for happy hour, no red. Took a long time to get hot ribs and they came out with no fries. My spouse was done with his dinner by then. I recommend a meat thermometer.

The last time my family and I ate here, we had a bad experience. We decided to give this location another chance and yet again had another awful experience. We will not be coming back. We came around lunch time, they were very dead with hardly any customers. We waited for several minutes and eventually someone arrived to seat us. She sat us down with no menus. We ordered drinks and had to ask for menus. We ordered 2 appetizers and then ordered our food. We got 4 kids drinks but no straws and had to ask for those as well. Our food eventually arrived, we didn’t get our appetizers and had those taken off the bill. We had 4 very hungry kids so we really wanted the appetizers but our server forgot to put them in. I got the fries and grilled cheeseburger with tomato soup. I was eating and out of nowhere the hostess from the front brought me a cup of soup and asked if I wanted it. She said if not, it would be thrown out since it was made for me even though I did not order it because I already got soup with my meal. I replied that I guess I would take it. It was extremely sour and I couldn’t eat it. Well, I was billed for this random soup for some reason. It was an all around bad experience. This is not the Applebees I remember growing up. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The restaurant was busy with customers ready to spend money, yet there was zero leadership and zero service happening. The hostess was nowhere to be found, and after being seated, we were completely ignored.
We sat in a booth for 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us — no greeting, no drinks, nothing. Looking around, it became clear this wasn’t an isolated issue. Multiple tables were also left unattended, and customers were getting very agitated after never being served.
The manager only appeared after people had already started complaining. That tells you everything about how this place is being run. A busy restaurant isn’t an excuse — it’s the moment management should step up. Instead, it was chaos, indifference, and lost business.
There’s no reason customers should have to beg for basic service.

Arrr, I be stoppin’ by this here Applebee’s, and it be… fine, I s’pose. The grub weren’t bad, but it didn’t make me want to hoist the Jolly Roger neither. The chicken tenders be crunchy enough, but the fries be limp as a sailor’s old boot. Service was steady, though the bar wench forgot me extra napkins. The grog—er, sweet tea—be fair, but I’ve had better at port. If ye be hungry and nearby, this tavern’ll do, but it won’t have ye singin’ sea shanties of joy. Three stars out o’ five, arrr.

The service was amazing here. We couldn’t have asked for a better woman to serve us. She was amazing and always kept the drinks filled up and made sure we were good with everything. The food took no time at all and was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Great food! Wonderful dining experience in the store or getting mobile pick up. The food was on point and freshly cooked. My steak was exactly the way I had asked for it! And although they forgot the shrimp, in our shrimp bowl, it was delicious. The waitress on the phone was super helpful, and very polite when I called to let them know. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

For the last 2 years, when I ordered and paid Applebee’s for 2 extra sides of Asian vinaigrette, I never get it! I complain about it privately in-store, and nothing ever happens. I only get one entree type off the menu when I dine here and only vary my appetizers. You can check my loyalty account I’ve had since 2017!! I get charged on carside to-go with the entrees for something I don’t receive. Today, I have only 2 garlic bread inside of each of the containers, which is now an oatmeal topping on my salad. You guys were better than this!! What happened?!?!

My husband and mother in law and I came in for dinner and the place was pretty slow. We got seated and it took a few for our server to come due to her being new, that was fine. The problem was the manager with the half shaved head was rude and yelling at our server in front of costumers. Then when the food came, my order was not what I ordered. It was sent back and we waited, and waited, and waited. All the surrounding tables got their food and my family was done eating before I even got mine. The bill came…still no food. I told our server to cancel my order and take it off my bill. She had no problem doing so, and I had to talk with the manager and told her that it was unacceptable that everybody else around me got food before mine was even fixed and brought back and mine should’ve been made a priority, considering my entire table had their food well before me. She just stood there and really didn’t care about anything that we had to say so I would definitely not recommend this Applebee’s to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The food was great! I ordered a burger but substituted an impossible patty in place of the meat. They were kind enough to come and check my preferences because the sauce is a tangy bacon. I appreciated that immensely.
The price was reasonable for the amount of food received.
