Where do I start? My wife and I got the 2 for $36 deal; we both got steaks. We both ordered medium-rare, and they arrived well-done. We sent them back and got better steaks. They still weren’t medium-rare, but I didn’t complain again. The cheese sticks were undercooked, and the marinara sauce was extremely dark. My wife ordered a cocktail, but they brought her the wrong one—or made it incorrectly. It was supposed to be blue, but the drink was clear and orange. Our table was very sticky. The dining room needs serious updating. The staff was nice overall. The manager came and tried to fix the food issues.

2 steaks were supposed to be medium rare & were well done. The mashed potatoes were not good (not fresh but powdered) and the broccoli was mushy the 1st time, then wildly undercooked the 2nd time; crunchy & nearly raw. The drink I ordered was supposed to be tropical & had a lot of grapefruit in it.. which it wasn’t supposed to have at all.

Upon arrival, two employees were conversing in the corner. One, after a minute, greeted us, then 30 seconds later walked over to seat us! After being seated, two waitresses were assisting the tables behind and in front of me. I assume the waitress behind me was supposed to assist us, but she only looked at us and walked away. The waitress from the front table, walked away, then came back over, and said “I’ll get y’all water.” She only greeted us after I spoke to her. She brought the water, but no one came back to assist us. My son went to the restroom, then I went. No one came. We were at the restaurant 15- 20 minutes. IT WAS NOT BUSY! The three tables I remember were checking out, one table actually left. They’re very unprofessional and it’s ridiculous that they were all unable to provide bare minimum service.

When I pulled up there was a gentleman out front on break, he was very welcoming. I asked a question or two and he was so polite. I went in to order my food and the young lady was just as polite and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more when going to an establishment. Thank you! I will be returning.

Server was horrible! She never came back to refill our drinks. Didn’t bring everyone’s food. When she realized she put in the wrong order she didn’t tell us just didn’t bring my son’s food at all!! We all got done eating still waiting on his food. The restaurant is full of employees all just standing around talking!! The hostess was having to get drinks for the servers table because she was in the back running her mouth. The hostess was very polite and was helping out tables. The server needs to find another job.

Restaurant itself is very worn. Waitstaff doesn’t seem trained on etiquette of waiting tables. I saw them set my glass on another table when they went to get me a refill. Food came spaced out with no rhythm or reason. Saw waitress in restroom, rinsed hands under water, no soap, walked out with dripping hands. Eaten at much better restaurants for $70. Best to avoid.
Tried link to provide more info but didnt work. We had Spinach dip, onion rings, onion soup and quesidilla burger. Food was good but lost appetite, after above incidents and left without taking leftovers.

Came in for an early lunch greeted by the sweetest smiles, Alexis was our waitress and took amazing care of us! My husband and dad got the new omcheese burger per her recommendation and it was DELICIOUS! Love to see this establishment maintaining their resilience through the years and can’t wait to go back

There were more employees than customers in this Applebee’s. The food and service was horrible. The facility was filthy and sticky. Seats, table, bathroom door handles, the floors and baby seat all sticky. Party of 6 adults and 2 children. Hottest food was the baby cheese quesadilla. Everyone’s food was delivered at different times, salmon first, then pretzel, then 2 salads, then cheese sticks and 2 platters. The other orders were never put in and when they showed up it was still frozen.

As always, Applebees food is satisfying. I came here in Applebee’s West Memphis with my family and we enjoyed the food. We ordered pasta, sampler platter, and riblets.
The place ambience is excellent. Their staffs are polite and accommodating.
We will definitely come back here again.

Food is always good at this chain. This restaurant needs some TLC. Paint is coming off tables makes everything sticky and the potential of paint chips getting in food.
