Popped in today for the lunch honoring Veterans- we are both retired.
We like Applebee’s anyway, but we appreciate they take this day to honor the Vets.
The staff did a great job decorating. Not only flags, but the local kids ( dunno which kids), drew pictures of their own that Applebee’s put up (see photos).
They also had the setting for one setting for one to honor the Vets with all the symbolism in place. (Again, see photos).
We got here just before 11 to beat the rush ! The staff all did great whilst we were there.
Today we had Tzi’Mirikah for our service – most wonderful job !!
The food was also awesome. Even for a busy day, food came out in a timely manner and our server checked on us often.

We don’t go and dine in very often so this trip came as a surprise and disappointment. The last picture is what I ordered and the first picture is what I got. The second picture is what my husband ordered and the 3rd is what he received, even down to them butterflying his steak down the middle. There was quite a rowdy and loud crowd in there hanging out, a fight was nearly started! Very disappointed!!!!

We stopped by for a quick dinner since we haven’t ate at Applebee’s in a very long time. Restaurant wasn’t too busy and everything looked clean. Our waitress was fast, courteous, & had patience with us. We ordered our dinner & it came out pretty fast. Our food was pretty good. The broccoli was double steamed, the way we requested it. The steak was medium & cooked just right. The strawberry daiquiri was strong, no complaints there. But overall, this was a pleasant experience & somewhere we will visit again.

Wasnt a big fan of this location. Server was nice but rarely checked in on us. Asked for a drink 4 different times and never got it but it still ended up on the bill. Food was stale and the roof above where we sat was extremely dirty. Dessert was awesome though, guess that was the silver lining. All in all, i wont be coming back to this location.

So my fiance and I went to the Mansfield rd location for dinner. The hostess was the only person that spoke to us. We sat for 15 minutes without a server stopping by for even a drink. Watched 3 other party’s of 2 n 3 people come in and taken care of. We walked out and the hostess just looked at us and said yall be good. This is not how you impress anybody. And not to brag but my fiance is a established and known chef here in shreveport. Total loss for this place to get anything good from us.

This is my go-to spot. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and the drink are unforgettable. Customer service is always on point. I love that the manager visits the table to ensure that the customers are pleased with the service.

This location on mansfield road in shreveport sucks. The food and portion size is extremely disappointing. The employees are just as pathetic. They can’t get the orders correct. Can they read??? They all seem to have an attitude. The girl at the puck up window needs to be fired or retrained to ckean the bathroom. She doesn’t have the customer service skills to be dealing with the public.
