Hostess stated 35 minutes wait. There are empty tables everywhere and have been the whole time. We were told to could go to bar. She didn’t offer to take our name to wait.
Hostess was not friendly or helpful.
Bartender was great but running ragged.

I really enjoyed the chicken egg roll tacos, on appetizer menu. We also ordered a beef dipper sandwich, which tasted ok, but was extremely messy as the meat slipped out if the bun with every bite, and you had to fix it before the next bite. Maybe because of the mayo/sauce on it and the texture of the bun (too smooth?).
I found this location a little dirty looking (floors and carpets) and in need of some repairs (seat near mine is in photo for example), I haven’t seen this at Applebee’s in other states, during my frequent visits. Music a bit loud, especially with only about 10 customers dining when we were there, no need to make it difficult for them to hear each other.
Again, our Server was great and kudos to the appetizer!!

Ordered with door dash. Horrible food! Ordered 2 drinks and received same size as the kid meal size. Kids chocolate milk had ice in it. Burger awful For $15. Disgusting. Chicken and Shrimp still cold, mights ans well drink oil out of the bottle it had so much in the container with food…All tasted bad. Cheese on kids pizza wasn’t even fully melted.

My Applebee’s visit was a disaster. The service was great, but the cook botched it multiple times. I ordered a medium rare steak, got one so rare it was practically alive, and they even cut it in half—thought it was a joke by the third attempt. The charge was wrong too; they can’t seem to do math. If you go, skip the steak and try anything else on the menu. Never coming here again!

Have not been to this Applebee’s. We were seated right away. Server came out quickly for our drink orders. The appetizer came out in good time and was tasty. Our food was a little slow, but still ok. But, they ran out of 8oz steaks, so mine was 6oz, but felt smaller.

Went in for dinner and was told that I had to wait until another table was greeted by the server. I felt that was very poor and rude customer service. Someone should be greeted and felt welcome and I didn’t even feel welcomed going in. Also the food wasn’t very great either. Applebees have been going downhill in service and food each time I go in there.

I get it. Covid. They have dividers on booths, no condiments on tables, you have to ask for a menu! For real, you have to ask for a menu because apparently it’s really hard for their server to spray off a laminated sheet of paper. And for a table of 5, you get 2 menus to share! Our server was eh, so so. She got us refills, but wasnt impressive in any way. I’m not sure how wonderful the kitchen help is right now. It was lunch time, there were not a lot of customers, and it took a long time to get our food. When we did get our food, it was cold. Don’t bother with the prime rib sandwich, as shown in pictures, it’s just plain gross. As I’ve said before, this place is hit and miss. This time was a big miss, we wish we would have gone someplace else.

Angela, has short black hair. VERY rude, didnt even greet us, slammed our drinks on the table. Made my moms birthday lunch terrible. Our chicken wings came out raw in the middle. Would not stop giving us a death stare. First and last time going here!

Paid 84 bucks for the food to came out ass, waited 20 minutes for my steak to come back cooked right (not once has my steak been cooked right), by then my girlfriend’s food was cold. How you guys gonna make ppl pay almost 100 bucks and can’t even get meals right or rightfully reimburse customers. Hire a new cook
