We stopped in Friday night around 8PM. We got sat instantly. I honestly had an amazing experience. From the moment I sat down, the service was top-tier. My food came out a little cold, but the way it was handled completely made up for it. Jayden, our server, noticed right away and immediately took a few dollars off without us even having to ask. She even came by the table every 5 minutes to check up on us! That level of attentiveness and care really stood out and made us feel valued as customers.
We are definitely coming back and hoping we have Jayden as our server!

This was definitely the worst dining experience of my life–I wasted 2 hours here and never did receive my food. There were 2 of us, the restaurant was less than 1/4 full. We arrived at 5:50 pm. We were seated and waited, and waited, and waited. Our waitress finally decided to bless us with her presence. Since we could tell things were moving slowly, we ordered our drinks and our food all at once. Twenty minutes later, we had not received our drinks so I went to the bar and got them myself–the drink order had not even been put in. We waited another 20 minutes and when the waitress went by I asked about our dinner salads. When she finally brought them, the lettuce was frozen and wilty and one salad had the wrong dressing. We had no silverware. The waitress did not care. She moved on. When we had been there for two hours, the group sitting next to us who hadn’t been there long received their Fiesta Lime Chicken, which is exactly what we had ordered 2 hours ago. I asked the waitress how long our food would be, and why the next table had been served before we were, and she said she could not control what happened in the kitchen. Maybe not, but you can control serving our drinks and salads in a timely manner, you can control making sure we have silverware and drink refills, and you can control your attitude. This waitress also would not let other guests use gift cards because she didn’t know how to run them. At just after 8 pm we walked out with no dinner and a completely wasted and very frustrating evening.

The waitress really tried but we walked in waited a reasonable time for a party of five were sat at 5:20. We had ordered by 5:45. We waited over an hour for our food two in our party got their food 15 minutes we got two more and 5 minutes later the last entree. Half the food was warm. Apparently one of the cooks walked out today and they didn’t have anyone else for a Saturday. The hostess was serving stating she wasn’t supposed to be but they were short staffed everywhere.

We arrived at 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately. It seemed like a slow afternoon. We waited 30 minutes for THE GIRL THAT CLEANS OFF TABLES to get our drink order. The 2 servers in our section kept walking past us, never making eye contact. We watched multiple tables get up and leave. My daughter is a college student and a recently diagnosed diabetic and ONLY WANTED A GOOD MEAL FROM APPLEBEES while we visited her. After over an hour another gal (that seemed inconvenienced) came and took our meal order. We waited another 45 minutes for our food to arrive cold. We boxed up our food and left AFTER paying $81.54 for a table of 4 4 and the food was cold and plates were incorrect. During the 2 hours we were in the restaurant we counted and there were never more than 17 customers in the restaurant. (Not 17 tables, 17 customers) We also run a restaurant business and know how hard it is to “keep up” when short staffed but this is ridiculous!! No refills given, no server checked on us. The table across from us waited longer and we walked in and were seated at the same time. What a sad day of a horrible experience at “what was” our favorite restaurant. We will not return any time soon if ever!

We were seated right away. Our server took our drink order and food order in a timely matter. But after that we waited and waited. She did come and told the customers in her section that the kitchen was running behind. Our food came out warm. We did have to wait for an hour for her to come with our check so we could pay.
The restaurant was a bit chilly. People were wearing their coats.
And there was a lot people leaving because no one would seat them.

I don’t normally write reviews but last night was unfortunate enough to warrant some introspection from a manager. We arrived at 5:30 and were promptly seated. Waitress didn’t come to the table until 5:50pm. Took our order (1 appetizer, 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal). Asked about some waters said she would get those. 6:15pm now 45min since being seated: no waters, no silverware, menus still on the table. I asked the hostess to get us some water and she did. The waitress apologized for the wait and noted it was her first day on the job. Looked like she had 8 tables while we were there and I noted 2 tables leaving prior to ordering and 2 tables needing a check and waiting 10-15 min to leave. You could cut the tension in the air with a knife in our section. No one got mad or yelled but the frustration was on many face. Food came at 6:40 but No appetizer was ever made or delivered to the table. Overall the food was good as it usually is but the time delay and service was horrendous. Paid with cash at 7:10 because I didn’t want to wait to use a card. I don’t want to blame the waitress because it appears that she didn’t have much training or support and needed to learn the basics still before running tables on her own. We will not be stopping in for a while and hope this leads to some increased training and support for new staff members.

Customer service sucked. I was standing in the front, waiting for about five minutes. The bartender saw me, but didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. He yelled for somebody in the back to get me a table. My waitress was very nice. But when my food was brought out, my mashed potatoes were cold. Then a couple of pretty gals came in and the bartender that saw me waiting to be seated, but yet didn’t acknowledge me, decided to rush over to those pretty gals and get them a table. I think this needs to be addressed to management.

I have been loyal for lots of years. And after tonight I am now not going to make this my go too. It took 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Then another 15 minutes for our drinks to be given to us. There where a total of 15 people at max in there eating. None of us could get service at all. There were 6 employees walking around on the floor. They would all either dissappear to the back or be more interested in playing on there phones than helping customers. And to make matters worse the food was terrible. Nothing was cooked the way we wanted it . The mash potatoes where dry and cracked. You could tell the tomato soup was old and microwaved with the thick scum that was on top. And it gets better. You have customers out front and all of the employees are laughing and giggling raising heck like a frat party was going on. And the icing on the cake is there was a couple that came in and the waitress told another she was going to start telling people that she would not seat more people because she was “over the day”. So we paid our way over priced $80 meal and left. We didn’t even wanna take the left overs home. You all need to do better. Because this was the biggest joke of an experience that I ever had at a restaurant.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. It took an hour and a half for us to get our food after ordering (there were 3 other tables here not busy at all). The sauce had no flavor, the noodles were overcooked and cold, the chicken was completely burnt and crunchy, and my peppers weren’t cooked at all. Two people found bundles of hairs in the food. There was almost nothing good about the food and we hardly ate it. I will say Russell our waiter did an awesome job, but he was the only good part of the experience.

Bartender was unaware of drinks to be made. My fiancee food came out cold, mine was burnt, one thing that was the way we wanted was the water. Will not ever be back nor recommend. Will actively tell people.to avoid.
