Currently writing this as we are still waiting for our food. I made a to go order on Valentine’s Day expecting it to be busy and things might take a little bit longer than usual. Our order was scheduled to be done at 8:20 pm. We put the order in at 7:30. It is currently 10:05 and we still have yet to receive our order and have been in the waiting lounger for two hours. We have watched people be sat, place their orders with their server, and served food before we even received an update on when our food will be ready. Once we then asked for an update, they said it was due to them running out of steaks. With that being said, they never offered a change in our order or asked if we wanted something else. Again, we completely understand higher volumes on a holiday. But to be waiting around for 2+ hours and not know any updates while also watching other people who showed up after you get their orders first is very disappointing. Once we get our order, we will be asking for reimbursement or any options for the inconvenience.
UPDATE- we did NOT get our order. The server came out and informed us that half of our order had been sitting out for an hour and a half while waiting on the other half. Not ONCE were we ever offered a different menu item or to remake it. Two and a half hours completely wasted and walked out with nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Two stars because our server was good and the margaritas were tasty. But when you order what is advertised as an 8 oz steak and get maybe 4 oz with two tiny scoops of mashed potatoes, it puts a bad taste in your mouth. Genuinely unacceptable.

To begin with, our server charged me for sour cream for my quesadillas even though she told certain members of my family that sour cream comes with chicken quesadillas. Additionally, if you’re going to allow someone over 12 to get a kid’s meal, you shouldn’t penalize them by requiring them to pay for a drink even though the menu indicates that it comes with one. When I asked her about it, she said that if you’re not twelve, it doesn’t come with a drink.
$3.29 extra and non even a refill.
I have never experienced anything like this. Extremely unprofessional and goes to show that one person’s inability to say no lets them think they have the right to charge you whatever they deem necessary.

When we got there it took about 10 mins to have anyone speak to us even though it wasn’t busy. The woman who greeted us let us know she was helping our server out and took our drink order, appetizer order, and we ordered a childs burger at that time so that would come out quicker. Another person brought our drinks over after a few minutes and said our server would be right over. After about another 15 mins a third person came over to tell us our server was still busy so she’d take our order. It took 35 minutes for the mozzarella sticks and kids burger to come out and the mozzarella sticks were super soggy. After being there for about an hour we got the rest of the food. I added waffle fries and got literally 5 of them which seemed pretty crappy. Entrees were fine beyond that. Still have no clue who our server even was because different people came over almost every time we were acknowledged. Not sure what the deal was. It’s new years eve, but again, it was NOT busy. I work in the industry and I have no clue what kind of management allows a night shift to run this poorly. I don’t have an issue with Applebee’s as a whole, but definitely won’t be back to this location.

The service was very slow, although I understand they are short staffed. It took us 40-50 minutes to receive our food. I ordered an old-fashioned, which is one of the signature cocktails listed on the menu. I asked the server for the price of the Old-fashioned, as it was not listed on the menu. She stated she needed to follow up with the bartender. When she got back to me, she told me it would be $4.75. She asked me which whiskey I would prefer and I told her the well or house whiskey would be fine (assuming there would not be an up charge). It took 40-50 minutes to receive my drink (it came out with the meals). When we received the check, I noticed there was a $4.75 charge for the Old-fashioned and a $6.00 separate charge for the whiskey. When I asked why there was a separate charge for the whiskey, they told me the $4.75 was only for the Old-fashioned mix. When ordering an old-fashioned I usually assume it comes with the liquor unless indicated otherwise. It isn’t a common mocktail, unless someone request it that way. They did not offer any compensation or apologize for miscommunication/poor service. I would have not ordered the drink if I would’ve known it was a separate charge for whiskey or it would take at least 40 minutes to receive.

My fiance and I doordashed Applebees last night. We ordered 2 racks of ribs with sweet chili sauce, fries and 2 shirley temple (I can’t remember the exact name) drinks as well. Everything was so amazing. The food was hot and fresh. The ribs were tender, and the sauce was great. The drinks were delicious. We were both very pleased and it was alot of food, so we have leftovers! 10/10 Applebees!

my food was absolutely disgusting. i came with my husband and he got the steak and i got the shrimp pasta. his steak was not cooked all the way and he ended up getting food poisoning. the atmosphere is diabolically awful. it smelled like sewage and there was a cockroach on the floor as soon as you walked in. my server was good but had a slight attitude. requested to talk to the manager and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful, he made me feel very uncomfortable and upset due to the fact that HE can’t do his job right and make the customers feel appreciated and happy with their experience.

Came here for dinner with my boyfriend and his friend. We probably waited 10-15 minutes before being seated, but I also noticed so many tables with people gone and not cleared/cleaned off.
Ordered some drinks and some apps. Got appetizers with plates but no napkins or silverware. Kind of need those to eat lol.
I ordered their chicken Alfredo pasta without the chicken and ended up getting 2 sides of their 3 cheese Mac and cheese instead. Not what I ordered.
My boyfriends food was warm at best (microwaved) and his buddie checked to make sure the chicken on his rice bowl to make sure it was fully cooked, just based off reading previous bad reviews.
Also want to mention, our server was bombed with 5 to 6 tables around us and was just running around the whole time. He kept up with them and would check on them but not us. Not the best service. Had to ask for silverware and for drink refills.
Won’t come back here to eat unfortunately.

My server was a talented bartender Named Richie. She is bubbly and professional. The manager, Ty was so humble, personable and friendly I would have never known she was the manager. My cook was Demarius. His dish was fantastic. Excellent job guys!

We went in and we were unenthusiastically greeted by the hostess. She had an AirPod in, and I think that’s fine at work, but not when you’re with customers. Unfortunately that set the tone for the rest of our meal.
We were sat at a table that had no light above, it was the one table in the whole restaurant without an overhead lamp, we couldn’t read our menus. Our server moved us somewhere else. Our drinks were great, zero complaints about the drinks at Applebees. The food was bland however.
Not even salt and pepper could save the loaded fries. We both ordered the four cheese mac n cheese, totally different from the menu presentation, when the food runner brought the dish out I almost told her that it must be another table’s food. The breadstick I got was freezer burnt, I think? Very dry, very hard, I didn’t eat it. The noodles and sauce were bland, the three chicken tenders had minimal sauce, no garnish. Totally different from how I remember it. To be fair, that was almost ten years ago, but one piece of the appeal of corporate chain restaurants is consistency and familiarity and unfortunately it matters to me as a customer.
The front of house manager offered to take a picture of my husband and I, I liked that, thank you for offering.
One has to wonder where Applebees will be in another decade, these issues aren’t unique to this location.
