I usually order takeout from Applebee’s. Tonight I ordered the 3-cheese chicken penne along with the butter pecan blonde dessert. I was really impressed with tonight’s selections. The chicken was flavorful and wasn’t overcooked, pasta and cheese sauce was perfect, and the breadstick added a nice touch. Haven’t dug into the dessert yet, but at this rate, I’m sure it too will be decadent

Wonderful food, awesome atmosphere! Started off with a variety appetizer…. loved the spinach dip.
Had the Oriental Chicken Salad, brother had a half rack of ribs.
Our server, Rob, was superb….got me extra dressing and the BBQ sauce on the side for my bro.
We ended with a Blondie with pecan sauce and ice cream…. perfect cap on the meal. You gotta try it!!!

Came here for my daughter’s birthday. Never had a bad experience until today. Service was awful, took 45 minutes to bring food and it wasn’t even our server that brought it. My wife’s steak was col and hot plate was cold when brought out. My chicken salad had bad lettuce and chicken was cold and tasted old. Only refilled drinks once and never even checked on us. Only had one other table at time of service. Will never come here again. Very disappointed.

the seasonal tipsy sips were really good. I had two. they were so good in fact that I didn’t realize until half way through my sweet and spicy chicken sandwich that the breast was still raw in the middle.

Applebees isn’t what it once was, the deals aren’t as good as they were, my mashed potatoes looked like it was dropped out of a zip lock bag, ordered a medium steak and 70% well done, cold fries on another order, the artichoke dip tasted like it was made with broccoli.
The chips and salsa were good.

I am normally not one to complain, i’m just not like that, but i feel like this needs to be shared.
first we call, and the lady on the phone, was EXTREMELY rude.. rushing while talking, wasn’t listening etc.. we are told it will be a 40 min wait, which is fine, but we get there, and the food is ICE COLD. if someone is going to pay over 60 dollars the food shouldn’t be cold. we then call and let you know of the issue, and all that was said was “we are short staffed” which i understand. i get it, but it’s the whole matter of the fact, the service was rude, and the food was cold.

3 steaks asked for well done two got me free steak for being bloody and they cooked the free one rare and not well done. 5 steaks total messed up. Last time left steak became stood for three minutes waiting on someone a manager to come up. I don’t like eating raw or bloody meat. That doesn’t matter to the same cook who’s messes up. To top it all my first one was burnt and crispy and black on outside and pure red on inside. Needs new cooks.

We thought we’d give them another chance and wanted to try the OM Burger. When they finally waited on us, the cheese was burned to the skillet! It was the worse meal we’ve ever eaten at Applebee’s.

We got seats immediately which is good. Our server, Peter, was courteous and very friendly. The orders were correct, which is a plus. It was an awesome dining experience. Thank you Peter.
