Coworkers and I went here to relax after a long week of work. Usually we have a wonderful time. The manager Shelby told us to be quiet and then cut us off way before close even though we were only laughing and having good controlled conversation, nothing beyond typical adult chatter. She hid the last hour until close so none of us could ask reasoning. Our waitress was great, food was great but really an unfortunate experience otherwise.

Slow service. My mozzarella sticks were given to someone else, so waited on a second batch to be cooked. And it took 18 minutes after my app for my main course to come out. The waitress did not refill my drinks, the entire time with out being waved down to fill the drinks. Once done with the meal I waited 13 minutes before my bill came and then took 10 minutes to get a receipt. All together total time for a meal alone was 1 hour and 30 minutes. SLOW!

My wifes steak was undercooked but they fixed it right away and were super nice about it! Everything was amazing and delicious! I would of ate her original steak but thats just me lol. Definitely will be back! Didn’t catch the managers name or our waitress but they were both amazing!!

Was told I could sit at a table by the bar, I had to wait 10 minutes before Server A. came to take my order. My drink was brought over after a lengthy wait. When my meal came out it was missing ingredients, ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger, it was missing the seasoning and the sauce, dry, dry, dry. Also she never brought utensils or napkins, I had to wait for that. When the server Server A, came to see if I wanted another beverage and I agreed, I never saw that beverage and my meal was finished. She gave me some BS excuse about changing a tap, and never asked if I wanted something different. Not even water. Very poor service sitting in the bar area. Leaving thirsty and disappointed.

The food was really good. My waffle fries were a bit dark and crispy but I liked them that way. Had the Brew Pub Pretzels and Beer Cheese Dip for the first time and that was so good! One of my fav burgers at Applebee’s is Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger. The server we had was really sweet and thoughtful. He seemed like he loved his job for sure.

We have eaten at this Applebee’s several times and the food is always fine. It is right on brand which is what I like about Applebee’s. It may not be the best food but it is consistent and tastes the same at every location. Our servers are always great and we have never waited long for food. The only downside is it is always FREEZING in the restaurant. Make sure you take a jacket.

We had an absolutely amazing time!!! Eric was so damn awesome!! Love you Eric!! Highly recommend having the won ton tacos for your appetizer!! You’ll get 4 of them.. squirt the lime over them before you eat them!! The moist small bbq sauce covered chicken melts against your pallet then you’ll crunch the fresh cabbage and carrots with it’s sauce… AWESOME!! Licking my lips just from the memory!! I had three cheese Mac n cheese with fried chicken strips, pasta cooked perfectly, sooooooo cheesy and creamy!! Chicken had that crunch you truly hope you’ll find but don’t expect when it’s married to cheesy awesomeness.. ahhhmaa’zing!! My son had the All you can shovel in your pie hole boneless ribs in sweet honey bbq sauce and he said they were off the books good!! (his actual words) he said the fries were fries.. Hot, salty fried potatoes lol.. I had a couple adult beverages (3-screwdrivers 😉 and my son had Dr pepper.. our bill came in just under $48 and we happily paid $60.. Eric was on point.. drinks never empty, my son’s plate was always full (eventually so was he). Honestly a really really great evening out.. Thanks Applebee’s staff for the awesome food and great environment!! We’ll be back.. ‘Fo Sho!!

I ordered the 4 cheese Mac and Cheese. I used to love this meal. Today it was awful, it had no cheese to it. It was more like water. Spoke to manager, she did offer me something else, but I politefully declined. She did not offer to take anything off the price of the meal. I guess inflation is also hurting Applebee’s. I would NOT recommend this dish at this particular restaurant. Gave 2 stars because the waitress was pleasant.

I had chicken parmesan. The chicken was crispy fried, topped with red sauce on a bed of noodles. The chicken was really good, the sauce and noodles were a little bland. My friend got the chicken strip dinner. She said they had to much breading and they were dry. (over-cooked). The manager and the waitress were both friendly. The restaurant was clean. We were seated on the side of the restaurant that we were told was warmest, but it was still chilly in there, and I had a sweater on. Overall, an 8 or 9 rating was possible.
