Visited Applebee’s recently and had a great experience overall. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Our server checked in often and handled requests smoothly. Food arrived hot, well prepared, and flavorful, especially for the price. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Solid quality, good value, and dependable service—I’d happily return. Atmosphere felt welcoming, music reasonable, and wait time minimal during our visit.

We had the best meal and loved our experience here! We have a local Applebees in California but we are so happy we stopped her to meet Chris (server) and Sebastian (manager) on our drive home! This place is welcoming and friendly!!! It’s all about the people you meet and the experience they want to give you! This is 10/10! I wish every restaurant employee cared this much and was this genuine and friendly. We need more Chrises in the world!!

Amazing service! We stopped in just to place a to go order. The staff was incredibly friendly. They made my children happy by recommending fun drinks and being generous with the marchino cherries. They were very quick with preparing our food, seriously so fast. Truly the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. WAY better than our local Applebee’s by far (last time we ate there, we waited over an hour for 2 entrees and 4 kids meals)

We felt positive vibes from her. She did amazing on the service. The food was cooked perfectly. I even loved the triple chocolate meltdown and how perfectly soft it was cooked. We all enjoyed our food and our service

Don’t know what was going on last night but I picked up dinner at 530 for my house of 3, it was VERY DISSIPOINTING!!
I ordered 2 for 25
Steak, garlic green beans, and garlic potatoes, I got a steak that was VERY tough, no garlic on green beans or potatoes had cheese, beacon and sour cream, I hate sour cream!!!!
The next meal was oriental chicken she’s in her mid 70s usually eats half of her meal, bearly ate forth of it!! Said it didnt tast right!!!
The chicken strips tasted like they had been fried 2 times!!!
Very disappointing, not at all worth the money!!!

Did a pickup order and got burnt chicken tenders the size of our motz sticks and a steak that had 5 bites of meat in it and the rest was fat. Nice job Applebee’s.

I ordered the new om cheeseburger and it was truly awful. A dry patty in a bun, cut in half and stuck burned to the plate. No cheese no anything. The waitress brought me a cup of cheese to dip it in and i wrote it off to being a crappy burger. I get home the next day and see a commercial for it and realized they not only didnt have the cheese under it they also left off the bacon, inside cheese, mustard sauce, and ketchup. All in all an ihop level crappy dining experience

Josh was really helpful and had a great attitude. He paid attention to the little things, made sure everything was taken care of, and kept the experience relaxed and easy. It definitely made the visit more enjoyable overall.

Stopped in for an early lunch. Even though they were already busy around 11:30 on a Sunday morning, we were seated fairly quickly. The young man who waited on us was very efficient, polite, and provided excellent customer service throughout the meal. The food and beverages were all fantastic – 2 of us had Dragon Fruit Lemonade , 1 had Dr. Pepper. Highly recommend this establishment if you are in Newton, KS.
