Overall, we had a pretty poor experience. We were seated, and then had to wait for 20 minutes for menus and to order drinks. After finally getting drinks, the waitress (Makenzie) finally arrived and apologized for neglecting us. We assured her it wasn’t an issue, but were ready to finally order our food. The place didn’t seem busy, so we were confused as to why we weren’t getting taken care of. It was bad enough that people who had arrived after us were already eating and enjoying their meal, and here we were- very hungry with a 2-year old toddler. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes we finally got our food. The food was cold and had evidently been sitting out for an extended period of time. Everyone around us was enjoying a nice, warm meal, not sure why my family couldn’t get the same experience, but whatever. Attached to this review is a photo of the 6 OZ sirloin my wife ordered, it was cold and tasted terrible. Personally, I ordered a Classic Bacon Cheeseburger. My meal was cold and had zero bacon, but was charged for a bacon cheeseburger. At this point we were unhappy and just wanted to pay what we owed and go elsewhere, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for Makenzie to get us a bill. Altogether, we were there nearly 2.5 hours for a pathetic experience that left us hungry.
I understand Applebee’s can be short staffed on busy days/weekends, but they were at approximately 50% capacity when we visited. Regardless, I can’t draft up a justifiable excuse or reason for our experience. Not sure if we’ll ever be back, it’s doubtful.

Really wanted to try this roll up. The pic of what I thought I ordered and what I got. It was basically a quesadillas with lettuce. They forgot the pico. Unfortunately it did not taste great.

We were seated at 730 asked for a table at the bar and was told they were shutting down that area order drinks waited til after the appetizers were served the bartender McKinley didn’t even know our order had been put in for a strawberry daiquiri with double shots and a jack and Coke double and a short glass when they finally arrived, there was less than no alcohol in the daiquiri and a cherry in my jack and Coke waited another 30 minutes before food was brought. My daughter‘s hamburger requested with no cheese was given to her with cheese all over it less than impressed with our experience hopefully others will get better service and better drinks and better bartenders than McKenzie. Chloe was amazing. Great server did her best to overcome all of the problems probably won’t eat at this Applebee’s ever again. We drove 40 minutes to get here thanks guys.

The service was good, but the food was not. They served me molded broccoli. About one of the grossest things I’ve ever experienced. The manager came out. They brought me extra coleslaw to replace the molded broccoli. Never even offered to remove broccoli from my plate. Not ever eating at this disgusting restaurant again.

Decided to get takeout from here since it is the closest Applebees to where I live. Went with the 2 for $25. We got the salads, which I got the wrong dressing, 2 entries of the 4 cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken, which the sauce for the Mac and cheese was generic. We got our kids a cheese burger and hamburger, both were overcooked. I don’t think we will be going back. Chili’s has better food now.

Our experience here wasn’t great. We walk in and are told there will be a 10 minute wait, even though half of the restaurant was empty. When we are seated, our server informs us there is no silverware clean, so she’s scrambling to find some for us. We finally receive forks. The server forgot straws, took 20 mins to get a drink. The boneless wings were hard as a rock and almost inedible. The quesadilla was burnt. We asked for a cup of salsa and had to flag down another server to help. Finally our server comes back to our table and admits to forgetting about us. Overall, lots of unnecessary waiting, food was meh (certainly not typical Applebee’s quality), and atmosphere lacked that upbeat and top tier Applebee’s feel. Worst experience at an Applebee’s to date.

On vets day myself and my family came for dinner..even though we had a wait we were quickly seated our waitress was beyond good..I would say fantastic..you have an asset with this lady..as I was looking around at all the veterans it dawned on me the people in this room are the reason we are free in this country. What a blessing to share my evening and have dinner bought for me by this company…I am a former Marine machine gun team leader..simply put the chow was great and the company was just as good..I am not easily impressed good job Applebee’s..outstanding delivery in food and service..God bless you all Martin Todd Franklin Kansas USMC retired..

Ordered at drink at the bar upon receiving the drink it tasted like water and when my husband asked about the drink he was rudely told by the bartender that she made that drink and she knows how mush alcohol was put into the drink. The food was great and our waitress was great but this bartender was not quite and had a horrible attitude.
