I recently went to Applebee’s with five friends for dinner and drinks, and we all had an amazing time. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable—perfect for catching up and laughing together. Our server was friendly, attentive, and right on time with everything. The food came out hot, flavorful, and well-presented, and the drinks were mixed just right. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy great conversation, and feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I highly recommend Applebee’s for anyone looking for good food, great service, and a laid-back vibe.

I waited to be seated with my children. There was two other small groups waiting, a total of 3 people. The bartender that was working walked past us a few times without even acknowledging we were there and she definitely saw us. I asked her if anyone was going to come up to seat any of us. And she said “I’m sorry I dont know.” Terrible customer service.

Waitress was fine. They were cleaning the men’s bathroom & talking about it while we were trying to eat. The door was open & they were sweeping it out. Not a pleasant thing while eating. Some employees were cussing, asking to go home. Our Waitress was really working hard with a smile.

First of all, we were all given a single UNWRAPPED fork for cutlery sat down on the most likely unwashed table. Waited 15 minutes for a drink and service was terrible. Long wait times and just unprofessional. I’ve had several unprofessional experiences here. Not to mention the guy giving out silverware barehanded scrubbed the floor with no gloves and gave another group of people unwrapped silverware. And it was EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality of food/service. This place definitely isn’t want it used to be.

Absolutely disgusting food. The chicken Alfredo was probably the worst I’ve ever had. We came in with a party of 8 and all of the food was bad. Burgers were over cooked, pasted was over cooked and mushy but dry at the same time, the chicken was incredibly dry and burned. Deliveries were prioritized over dine in orders. Took 45 min to get our food and it was not busy at all. We have had some less than ideal experiences here every now and then but this was just gross and took a ridiculous amount of time. Our server, Dylan, did a good job. It was not his fault the kitchen couldn’t get their act together.

We paid an absurd amount for the quality of food we were served. The meat was incredibly tough and steak was well done and then some when asked for medium. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the whole restaurant felt very dirty.

Food was decent. Burgers came out how we requested, a little pink. Boneless wing appetizer was hot, fresh and not overcooked. Fries were hot and crispy. Nobody likes cold, old fries. Server was very nice and attentive. Very much appreciated. Kitchen seemed a little slow but, it could have been we were seated at a beginning of a rush. This trip was better than our previous trips. The manager, I presume, was walking around talking to most of the guests, which was nice to see.

Pleasantly surprised lately. Food was excellent. Service was great. Tables were clean. (Our visit was on 4 27 2025) I had not eaten at this Applebee’s in years. It had gone way downhill for a stretch, and we just stopped going altogether. About six weeks ago, it became the most convenient place for circumstantial reasons; and we were very pleasantly surprised at the complete 180° in quality. We were so pleased that we decided to take my niece there 3 weeks ago for some half price apps on her birthday. It turned out to be another very pleasant visit. Both times we went, it was late on the weekend. As of right now, based on these 2 most recent visits, I am cautiously moving this location to the good column. PS, I have to recommend those pub waffle fries. The fries are delicious, and they give you a ton of ranch, which I use on my buffalo wings.

The taste was amazing. The drinks are good. Staff just as friendly as any other Applebees I’ve been to. Didn’t wait long for food, and the 2 for $20 is worth it. Laid back vibe on a Tuesday night, plenty of wonderful 90s songs playing too! Prime dinner time at 6:00pm, and plenty of seating and staff was hustling about. 🙂
