I ordered food through DoorDash tonight, and while eating my chicken strips I took two normal bites. On the third bite, it tasted off, so I checked the strip and realized it was completely raw inside. I immediately called Applebee’s to let them know I had been served raw chicken. The manager apologized and offered me a $10 gift card, but I explained that this isn’t about money I literally ate raw chicken and I’m worried about getting sick. They didn’t seem to take it seriously at all. No concern, no guidance just “you’ll have to call DoorDash for a refund.”

Qwynn was an exceptional server. She was attentive and truly cared about making it a good experience. She was honest, hardworking, and rare. The food was excellent too, but service makes all the difference in the world and it shows. Side note for the management, aside from giving her a raise, the sticky tables need some help.

Had a good dinner with friends at Applebee’s.
We had the Fiesta Lime Chicken, Asian Chicken Salad, Chicken/ Bacon Sandwich, and cheese sticks appetizer.
All good.
I hadn’t had the Fiesta Lime Chicken in years, it was as good as I remembered.
All the food was good!
Service was ok, yeah, just ok.
We ordered the cheese sticks appetizer. The server said they were on special by the piece. Asked if we wanted the appetizer?
We said yes, the appetizer. There were 8 in the appetizer. They were on special for 50 cents each. She charged us for the more expensive app. WHY DID SHE EVEN ASK? We didn’t know it would have been cheaper… why would anyone insist on paying more for the same. She should have been more clear.
Anyway, the food was good, the tea was good, and we had a nice time.

We just finished lunch and it was awesome thanks to our lovely service from Keisha! When we showed up there wasn’t a lot of people there but that quickly changed to being quite a full dining room and Keisha handled it fluently. She was the only server there for the majority if not the entirety of our meal and still yet we had a constant flow of drinks, she adequately checked up on us, helped with accommodations for meals and our kiddo, got our food to us in a timely manner, and did the same for everyone else in the room as well! Very satisfied with our service

Staff was super sweet and I hated leaving without eating but the food was pathetic. The pickle fries were so over cooked they were curling and coming out of the batter. They were pretty much black. Boneless chicken bites were over cooked and so salty u couldn’t stand to eat them. I let bartender know and left. Too many good places to eat. I see why they were empty at 1230 for lunch. Only 3 tables.

Also our appetizer had celery on menu & we didn’t get it we asked about it & they said they don’t several it, we hot boneless wings & they use to always got them to help cool your mouth. False advertising!!

I got the grilled cheese hamburger w/ fries. Sandwich was good, fries were tough, dry & cold. Establishment rough! Torn upholstery, front doors rotten at bottom (as was the second set of doors), dirty ceiling . Wont be back with so many other choices of places to eat. But I thought I would give it a try as the last time I ate at an Applebee was in Rolla many years ago. Too bad

Our server was great. But the food was below standard. The bar area was hopping, with loud patrons. Football game night. The place needs a good cleaning and remodeling. The booth where we were was dirty the table sticky. I will not be back.
