Traveled to Marshall MO for work. This Applebee’s is adjacent to the Comfort Inn. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Zusan ( not a typo) who was a warm, friendly, and helpful server. I ordered the blackened salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was cooked a bit more than I prefer but was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The rest of the meal was great. I wanted a bourbon with dinner. Other than a house brand I had never heard of, the choices were Makers Mark and Crown Royal. I would have liked to see a top shelf choice. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. If you are in Marshall MO, this restaurant is a solid choice.

Went there last Thursday and again tonight and my food was not fit to eat. Our waitress was great but I witness another waitress bullying a new waitress. It was so bad that the new waitress was crying. I ordered the endless chicken and they were so over cooked that I need a hammer. We will not be back.

Best Applebee’s experience ever. Personable waitress, hot fresh food, and witnessed great teamwork from the staff to cover down when there was only one cook. Seemed like a well oiled machine in the front of the house and then the managers kicked in to help in the kitchen when needed. Plus the $6 drink specials were tasty!

Went to try and eat there yesterday for dinner at 6:30. We asked for a table. The hostess said they didn’t have any available that we would need to set in a booth. When she seated us there were many, clean available tables available. It was disturbing that no effort was made to seat us at a table so we got up and went somewhere else.

Multiple ppl that was there before us never got helped on top of that our food tasted bad i threw up right after trying it the male server we had was okay he tried to satisfies us, but it was more on the chefs do not recommend on a date night or just to get food in general at that point i wished i would of went somewhere else spending 70 on sum that makes me sick im highly upset bc Applebee’s used to be great
