Ordered car side to go after a long day working. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:21 I arrived at the store at 6:25 pm and called the store to let them know I was there and asked for additional lime and sauce. I waited over 20 additional minutes and called the store again. About 5 minutes later someone brought my order out. It was cold but I did not send it back because I was tired and hungry. I get home there’s no additional limes or sauce. The lime I did get was tiny. The food was very cold and cheese was solidified. I’m highly disappointed. Wish I didn’t leave a tip on the app.

I have a tune at this Applebee’s approximately two times and both times they have disappointed. The first first time I came, they forgot my bread and Some of my food was cold and some of my food was hot. The second time I have came, it is highly overpriced and very disappointing to see. Takes 20 to 30 minutes to get the food and you eat it up within five minutes if you don’t have to complain about your plate. This photo would have looked amazing if my potatoes were fresh and green beans were actually cooked.

Really grateful to find an Applebees since they close their locations closer to us. The waitress was really nice and attentive, she quickly fixed little problems before we pointed them out (like a dirty cup or collecting our dishes) the food was good and they make the changes you need without hesitation. Definitely a great experience and a place to go back in our little dates.

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but there were several issues that made it a letdown. Our table was really sticky when we sat down, which wasn’t a great first impression. The food took a long time to come out, and when it finally did, it just wasn’t great—fries were dry and cool, and everyone at our table felt the same. The garlic boneless wings were especially disappointing: way too salty and dried out.
The restroom situation also needs serious attention. The urinal is right in front of the stall door, so people have to squeeze past just to get in—awkward and uncomfortable.
On top of that, there was a roach crawling on the wall by our table, and the baseboards and carpet looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time.
That said, our waitress was really good—attentive, friendly, and probably the best part of the whole visit.
Unfortunately, everything else left a lot to be desired. Hoping the management steps up the cleanliness and food quality soon.

Ordered to go 30 min prior to arriving. Waited 15 min to be acknowledged. I love the food so it was fine, but not an experience i would want others to experience. If you are an Applebee’s person that just wants your favorite item it’s fine, but wouldnt recommend for those that want to pick up a quick reliable meal. Plan for rudeness and minimal quality. Save your tip for after you receive the food

We walked in and was hit with a strong odor of cockroaches and sat at a sticky booth. The server was good, but the food was sub par. The steak was all grizzle and under cooked, it was sent back and by the time the replacement steak came out everyone else was done eating and the new steak was way overcooked. The bathroom smelled of sewer and there was no hand soap (how do employees and patrons properly wash their hands). As a retired Health Inspector I sat there and observed several critical violations and basic cleanliness in the dining area, worries me for the condition of the kitchen/prep area..

Restaurant was hidden entry off Mo.-7 highway here in Blue Springs. The Eastside row area appeared to have 3 vacant businesses. Had lunch with a high school buddy. Each of us ordered the soup and ½ sandwich (or burger) special… about 12 combinations possible. Service was quick. We spent 90 minutes talking / updating / exchanging info. / catching up. Our waitress was fully attentive to our needs / wants as time went by. A good time at Applebee’s, just like the old days.

Went for the Oh-My-Cheeseburger.
The waitress was in a very bad mood from the start. After us putting in our order, we waited 20 min before she told us the kitchen was backed up. 10 min later we got our wings, but they gave us the wrong flavor… finally about 45 min in, we get the burgers. Only for them to not have a lot of cheese, and for the burger to be burnt down onto the skillet. I had to scrape the burger free from the skillet to even eat it.
