it was ok, the waiter may have been new or just overwhelmed, I had to ask for silverware. I ordered an alcohol drink(never received a water) … the manager did come out and asked how things were going(I gave my honest opinion) my steak was undercooked, the side dishes were cold. No discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. She did offer to put my steak back on the grill(I declined) I had already cut into my steak and took a bite(I found that to be unsanitary )I’ve been to plenty Applebee’s but I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

Not impressed. The server Jasmine K was the best part of the meal. Would have given 2 stars if it weren’t for her excellent service. It was super busy but she managed to juggle several tables and was accurate with everything.
We had 2 unexpected friends join us and she was very welcoming about it. Still managed to make sure all of our food came out together.
The menu didn’t have anything unique or exciting though. Then the food that we ordered was very mid at best. Didn’t have super high expectations and they still managed to under deliver.
Prices were OK.
Jasmine was kind, welcoming, and could multi task. She didn’t keep us waiting long for anything and communicated well with us.

We came on a very busy day, but after some waiting, which can’t be helped, we were given a seat. Our server was friendly, but we didn’t see him very much, probably due to it being so busy. The food was great and I was impressed with the portion size. We also had our 14 month old son and they were quick to help bring what he needed. Overall, it was a good experience. I definitely would want to pick a less busy day, but they worked well.

This is now the second time I have gone into this restaurant and NOBODY that worked there greeted us. We stood at the entry for 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a simple “we will be with you in a minute” or “how many people are in your group” NOTHING SILENCE. Multiple workers including the manager passed by and didn’t utter a word. We walked out!
We understand busy but I can’t understand having no manners in a place of business.

Our server Lance greeted us warmly. The riblets were piping hot and delicious. It was obvious to us that Lance was genuinely invested in our dining experience. He is very personable. We observed Yolanda checking on each table of her guests. We were impressed with the presentation of our sizzling, Apple pie cinnamon dessert, prepared for us by Deven! It was quite apparent to us that all three were genuinely invested in our Applebee’s dining experience.

We visited here yesterday. My food was ok but my friend’s ribs were overcooked. The manager Yolanda, was not caring at all. She walked by to ask how things were. When we told her about the ribs, she said I will have to talk with the cook. She didn’t offer to re make them, offer something different, nothing. That was very unprofessional. The waitresses and other staff was great. Other than that, all was well.

Sunday we attempted to grab a table around 6 pm with no luck. Numerous employees walked by the hostess area and wouldn’t even make eye contact. After about 10 minutes of this we decided to leave.
I gave it a few days and did a pick up order. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food ready on time, as ordered and all was well. Better customer service this time too.

I would like to take time to talk about how uncomfortable my family and I was last night dining inside. The young host seated us with two sets of couples literally side by side next to us. We asked for a booth and there was 4 of us. Why on earth would you put us right next to a couple literally right behind us touching head to head. My husband’s head literally was touching the person behind us. And then the couple next to us looked uncomfortable as well. I would understand if it was just myself and my husband. But Here is the bizarre part, there were so many tables and booths available down from all of us. But I get it the young waitress was lazy to take extra steps to serve and check on her tables, right? We spent $72 and felt extremely uncomfortable that we had to take our food home. Maybe try spacing out your guests a bit especially if it’s a big family and you have 10 more tables available in the same section. Food was also like microwaveable food. This is the last time I will go to Applebees again.

Our server was Brandy. We placed our drink order, received it. No water, I guess you have to request water these days…no biggie. Brandy took our food order after we asked her several questions. Can we get this instead of that. No, was our answer for everything we asked her aboùt…still no biggie. After about 20 minutes, Brandy offer her apologies for our wait and said she could offer us desert at her expense. We thanked her. After I received my soup and sandwich order, I noticed I didn’t have a spoon for my soup. I informed Brandy of the missing soup spoon. When she returned, she plopped the spoon into my bowl of soup!!! Then after I gave her a look of total disgust, she said I shouldn’t have done this…right. I said, now what’d you think!!!!

I placed a pick up order and, first, it was not ready until 20 minutes later than they said. Next, the food was room temperature. But the real kicker was the $6 cup of soup that had about 3 tablespoons of soup in it. We don’t like leaving negative public reviews, so we called to talk to them instead. My wife was very calm in explaining the above and the man on the other end could not care less. He was initially silent and offered no response and when my wife observed this, he said “ok.” Thus, the call ended and this totally avoidable negative public review was born. Do better Applebee’s. We won’t be back.
