Perfect dinner experience. I was pretty apprehensive considering they restaurant appeared to be packed from the outside. We had to park a good distance away from the restaurant due to their very small parking lot.
Inside, there were plenty of people seated, but room for many more.
The server was phenomenal. She was very attentive and friendly. The food came quicker than we had anticipated.
The serving sizes are incredibly large, making it well worth the visit. Although this was our first visit to this location, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Went to this Applebee’s in St. John for lunch on 12/30 and had a great experience. Deionshea was our server—she was extremely friendly, very prompt, and took our order without a notepad, yet everything came out perfect. As a server myself, I was truly impressed, because genuinely good service that’s friendly and done right is hard to come by. You could tell she enjoys her job and takes pride in it.
All of our food came out extremely fresh, and the host was welcoming and friendly as well. We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely be back.

It was okay. My steak was tiny and they forgot the potatoes. Super busy. Don’t don’t durin shift change you’ll be wanting a long time. It was advertised that I would get a $5 coupon as a veteran, but I got no such thing.

My family ate here on an early Friday evening. The hostess sat us immediately. The server welcomed us and took our drink orders quickly. She was excellent throughout our visit by checking in, refilling drinks, and even handling my multiple gift cards and 1 item of food that was not up to our expectations. Aside from that one dish, the rest of the food was perfectly cooked and promptly served hot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

When I arrived staff ignored my presence since they were taking an order on the phone. She then served other guests that were behind me in line before me.
Okay no big deal.
The total is 44.63
I hand her 3 20s.
“The total is 44.63”
Yeah, I gave you 60
“The total is 44.63 though, what did you want me to do?” (As she tries to hand me back a 20 for some reason)
She then sighs and begins to enter the total into the machine as I loudly laugh back at her.
Was she mentally unwell or begging me for a tip at the takeout line? You decide.
When I got home my Ribeye came with fries and coleslaw. Not with mashed potatoes & broccoli as advertised.
She never asked me or told me a damn thing about what sides I wanted or what it came with.
I honestly dont ever want to go to Applebee’s ever again in my life.

I ordered a 2 for 25 with a burbon steak and a salmon. The sides were good but bother mains were burnt. I ordered it to go and tipped 20$ and recieved burnt food. The service was great, but this establishment needs to fire the cooks and replace them with people who care about their jobs.

The host looked like she walked in off the street, baggy jeans and a dingy oversized tee shirt, no table pagers so guest are piled at the door for 40 minutes waiting for a table. The food comes and each dish is disgusting. I stopped eating at this chain for years and started back, it’s just this location food and service needs improvement bad.

Ordered at pick up curbside entrance. Charge was 16.39. Card was charged. 19.67. The employee took it upon themselves to add a 20 percent tip. I did not authorize any tip because I knew this person personally and I had a problem with them in the past therefore I did not want to tip anything at all. Unreal.

Have not been to Applebee’s in yrs, decided to have my birthday lunch 11/04/25 at th St Charles rock road location. Order the pick 3 trio and cheeseburgers, let’s start they offered no extra napkins only the napkin wrapped around the utensils, no condiments at the table. Now the food was cold, boneless chicken was smoother in sauce, cheese sticks were ice pickles fried pickles very under cooked. The waitress only asked was everything ok by walking by she never stopped. Mentioned to her the food was not satisfying all we got was a I’m sorry. On the way said it again the food was not acceptable and the fried pickles was under cooked. All we got from her was a I’m sorry. Which explains why I have not been to Applebee’s in years. Everything about that place taste like microwave. Our total was like 37.98 plus the tip. Thanks Applebee’s for making me feel I chose the wrong place for lunch should stopped at the burger place across the street.
