Our visit in arnold was great. I didn’t remember to take pictures until halfway through our meal. We had no wait to be seated. Our waitress was great, very attentive to the right amount. We always enjoy eating at Applebee’s!
The atmosphere is always relaxed. You can tell they are working with an older restaurant, but it’s pretty clean every time we’ve visited.
The last few times, they haven’t had Cucumber for the Salads which is a downside for me but it wont keep me from coming back.

Our food was mediocre. My boneless hot wings were dry and rock solid, barely seasoned at all. We were barely checked on from our waitress. We were given our drinks, then appetizers, and were not checked on until after we had gotten our entrees and eaten most of them. We had our completely empty glasses on the edge of the table but were walked past every time. The tables around us were server and checked on pretty infrequently too. We were brought our check and boxes, and that was the only time we were offered refills. We were given around 5 boxes, and no bag to put them in. And for a party of 2 adults and 2 small children, having a $90 check and not a single refill.

Every time we’ve eaten there it’s quiet and relaxing. The one thing that Applebee’s does extremely well they know how to make anything made with beef. They season everything just right and their prices are very reasonable.

Came here to meet my brother for lunch on a Sunday at around 12:30. Our waitress, (which I can’t remember her name, ugh), was amazing. She was everything you’d need a waitress to be. I had the Bourbon mushroom Swiss burger with fries which was excellent. There was 5 of us total and everybody was more then satisfied with their meals. I would recommend eating here often.

I rarely say this, BUT IGNORE the ratings….
It’s been 10+ years since I’ve eaten at an Applebee’s restaurant and it was a pleasant change. We had a great experience with equally great service and all appetizers and entrees were fresh, hot and delicious. Overall great service and experience.
One last thing, I truly appreciate the fact that they proudly display our US flag

Great service. We were sat quickly. Our server was kind and efficient. Our food was delicious! I love the 2 for 25 feature on the menu. Its great for an inexpensive dinner out!!

The food was awesome! Everything was cooked perfectly and fresh. Our server was on point, checking on us all the time. And the waffle fries were the bomb, the best I’ve ever had! I orded Samon and appetizers ect just look at the Pics honestly! ♂️

Service was ok, very polite but needs to spend more time in the front of house instead of hiding in the kitchen.
There was a gentleman being interviewed nearby during my visit. I listened to the interaction which appeared to be normal and fine, until he left the building for a moment. At that point the bartender and the woman who was interviewing him began talking poorly about him. Put a terrible taste in my mouth watching this interaction. You should always conduct yourself as if there are eyes on you at all times.

Terrible as usual. I ordered takeout this time. I usually go late night because my husband and I work night shifts and its one of the only places other than fast food thats open. It is ALWAYS wrong and the staff never wants to really work after 9 pm. Ive been told that the kitchen is closing and I’ve been there at least an hour before close. I dont understand how my food is wrong every time. It’s the same manager, and each time she’s a bit nonchalant about the issue and offers free food or a gift card. I just want my order right. Again last night I was left with an overcooked, smashed, no sauce 18.00 whiskey BBQ burger, and it was horrible. I paid 2.99 for sauce that should already be on the 14.99 burger (it comes with maybe a teaspoon for the entire burger). The burger had a dot of sauce on the top bun and bottom bun and was barely enough to even find. The fried onions were so burnt they were inedible, and I ordered a pink burger and got a smashed to hell well done burger. I didn’t pay for a smash burger, I could have gone to steak and shake for that and paid way less than 18.00 for a burger and got plenty of toppings. I didn’t order fries, but I got fries, and they were soggy and cold. I dont know why I keep giving this Applebee’s a chance. What a waste of money again, but hey, at least the manager is giving me a gift card……again. I’m to the point of who cares, I wanted a burger, not a gift card, again!!! That means I have to go back to the Arnold Applebee’s to spend the gift card. The last time I used my gift card, the food was incorrect, and the same manager just blew me off.

I loved my waitress here. Very attentive. The food I ordered was good but could have been better divided. I got a chicken and sausage pasta and got only about 4 little tiny pieces of sausage and way too much chicken. However, it was still good.
