When we walked in we were told that the kitchen was backed up and that they would do there best to get the food out quickly. Almost an hour went by when we finally got our food. My burger was cold to the touch and my wife’s ribs were cold as well, like they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be brought out. My burger was inedible and when my wife asked for her ribs to be heated up, they literally just put the plate in a microwave bc the plate was hot to the touch, but the ribs were still cold. Will never go back to this Applebee’s again

We stopped by after some Christmas shopping on 12/10/25 and were greeted right away by the host, who was very friendly. Our waitress came over quickly to take our order and brought our drinks out in no time. Whoever was in the kitchen that night absolutely knocked it out of the park—the food was amazing and fresh! We haven’t been to this location in a while, and we were very impressed with the overall service. We’ll definitely be going back!

Last night my wife and I went to the Applebee’s
I Marion IL. what was supposed to be a nice dinner didn’t come to pass.
Sitting at the table waiting for someone to get drinks This was 30 minutes easily.
A part of our order was never brought to the table (pickle fries). We had to ask and ask about these to which the waitress responded ok ok I will bring them.
My wife’s cocktail was sub par at best. It was our Wedding Anniversary and this is how newlyweds get treated?!!!
Thanks but no thanks, Re-training, Mass terminations and holding those weaker links in your team accountable.
There was no excuse for this, the restaurant was not full by any means. The team working was off their A game immensely.

Had dinner here for 4th of July and service was awesomely fast. Food was also very good, for almost everything we ordered. We had steak, chicken and the platter.

Totally a waste of money to try eating they’re. I ordered online and order was messed up was advised instead of getting refund to call another time and get free order because it would be weeks before I could be refunded. Tried ordering a week later and was told I could only be refunded my order if I came in to restaurant to eat and in a couple days. Basically was just completely ripped off and fed a line of crap. Don’t waste your money
