The service was absolutely wonderful. The food tasted great. The atmosphere was very relaxing. A very relaxing and pleasant date night that was close to home. Last but not least…. the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The waitress was attentive and very good at her job. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing personal to the staff, who were friendly and trying to make things right. The booth I sat in had wall paper coming off and in the seat, the place was empty or mostly for food service, yet my table didn’t have silverware to eat our appetizer, never received the plates to share said appetizer, etc. we ordered a round of drinks, and they were out of tonic water… and another kid of whiskey to make a new signature drink. This was at 7 pm. Quite early for a Friday evening. The waitress was very apologetic and friendly, not her fault at all, she was wonderful! The food was mediocre at best. We had come to let the adult beverages flow and enjoy and night out. Sadly we left annoyed and dissatisfied with the food served, the timing of food and drinks, and the all around up keep of the facility. I was hoping for better, especially since it wasn’t full, but I believe the brand had gone too far to change that they will not recover, nor can they compete with the times.

We just went there for a late lunch… I ordered the Neighborhood Nachos and a house salad.. As I was about to pour my dressing on my salad I was looking at my salad and noticed something strange.. I moved the lettuce and found a FROZEN FRENCH FRY.. I set it to the side and just figured I would ignore it UNTIL I’d eaten about half my nachos and found a NASTY BURNT FRENCH FRY burrowed in my hamburger and cheese topping! I’m sorry but that is unacceptable! Not only did I find those problems but it took almost 20 mins to get our food after ordering when there was only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant! I showed the server what I found in my food and I assure you that I didn’t finish either dish after finding them and she said she would take care of it on our bill.. All they did was take 20% off each item.. A whopping total of $2.80!! We are absolutely livid.. The couple we were with and ourselves will not be eating there again!

We arrived at 730pm, seated promptly. We waited until 820pm…no appetizer, no food and our drinks tasted like there wasn’t any alcohol in them. After waiting 45 minutes for some type of food to arrive, I asked the waiter to check on our order. He made a point to walk the long way around so he didn’t have to pass our table. I believe he forgot to put our order which would have been fine if he would have been honest and just told us. I asked to speak with a manager and she never came to our table. I watched the server we had asked to speak to the manager tell her and showed our table but she never came!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Went and ate on Dec 31. Started with 1 server who didn’t introduce themselves. Was brought our drinks, received no straws. Eventually our server came and took our order for an appetizer. Appetizer was brought out and then she realized we had no silverware. Brought us ONE set of silverware but said “sorry we don’t have any clean knives”. So it wasn’t even a full set. Ordered our food. Waited 30 min for food only to receive a chicken fajita roll up that wasn’t even rolled hardly any chicken. The plate was completely FILTHY like they hadn’t washed it on the bottom. Asked to just pay for what we had ate and a manager never came over or anything. Just paid for apps and drinks and left. AWFUL. Never coming back.

We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes before being seated or even greeted. Wasn’t that busy as the customer ratio was low. We sat at our table approximitly 22 minutes before our drink order . Finally got drinks. Waitress asked for food order. We waited a total of 1hr 22 minutes from walking in until our food was served . In the meantime another couple who were trying to dine walked out because they weren’t getting any service. My daughters food was taken to the wrong table, they had to remake it. We were charged for things we did not order on our bill. This is the second time our sevice has been horrible ! It will be a very long time before we come back if we ever do decide to try them again. DISAPPOINTED!

Used to come here all the time. Had great service, and amazing workers. Now it has gone to hell. Service is disorganized. Wait times for food and drinks are terrible. Watched 6 groups of people leave before even being talked to after seating in a 2 hour time span. Orders were made wrong or burned. Heard nothing but complaints from other customers all throughout the restaurant and upon leaving.

Our waitress was so friendly and took excellent care of us. Our food was delicious, hot, and looked so nice on our plates when served. It was a very pleasant experience on Christmas Eve night following a Candlelight Service with friends.

Sometimes the food is great and fast. The past 5 times in 2 months the service is slow they have messed up all my orders only get half of the food I order and it takes forever to get a refill on drinks and usually mess that up too and it takes at least a hour or more for our food and the tables that are occupied are between 3 and 5 so their not busy at all and it has been very disappointing they don’t even offer a discount and your lucky if you get a sorry before you leave I will not go back for a long time to that location!
