I come to Applebee’s like once a year and it’s mostly because the food is subpar. Our Server “Peggy” first and foremost was excellent. Zero complaints she was attentive and filled my sons drink a lot. My cocktail was overflowing a bit messy but not the servers fault. My daughter and I got the 25 meal deal. Spinach artichoke no complaints. My daughter had the fettuccine with the chicken and I had the 4 cheese mac n cheese with the tenders. Mine was 5.50 more and honestly not worth the extra 5.50. When you compare the amount of chicken on the fettuccine it covered the plate. The flavor was good on the chicken just no enough of it. The rest of the mac n cheese was as bland as it could be. Not worth the extra 5.50
Sadly the flavors are still blah. My other complaint is the restaurant had plenty of options for seating. wide open and we were sat right behind another table making it hard to have conversation. with all the open tables being sat one over would have been nice

I don’t go to Applebees much anymore as the food is overpriced and portions are way too small. We decided to give it a try again this evening (January 21st). When we arrived we were the only ones there. Even so, after we ordered our drinks we watched our waitress stand and talk to a coworker at another table and didn’t even get our drinks for at least 10 minutes. Our server was the opposite of sociable. She wasn’t talkative or happy and hardly respectful. I ordered the chicken parm fettuccine. When my food arrived there was a giant hair in the food. When I told/showed our server, she didn’t say ONE WORD. Just grabbed the plate and took off. When she came back with a new plate, I had even less food than the original. One of the people I was with ordered chicken tenders and fries, and she literally got 6 fries on her plate. They ends up taking a PARTIAL amount off of my plate with the hair in it. So instead of mine being $17.99, they took off $12. Gee, thanks. Not one time did she apologize for it or alert her manager or anything like that. I’m afraid to think about if they even made me new food or just scraped the part with the hair off

Seated quickly. Restaurant was fairly quiet and clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was hot and fresh but portions seemed smaller than what I remember and my chicken and waffle fries were chared to the bottom on the skillet which gave the meal a slight burnt flavor. Girlfriend has always ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo but our waitress says the company removed broccoli from their menus which seems a bit odd so she settled for the chicken Alfredo which was OK. The manager at this location is always very friendly and occasionally walks around checking on customers which is great. Overall our experiences here have been fairly good and we would return .

This Applebee’s is old and tired. The service was pathetic. It took us 1.5 hours to eat here on a dead afternoon. I tipped the server $11.00 on a $128.00 bill, and I didn’t even want to do that, but my wife, a former waitress, made me do it. The waitress circled the tip suggestion for me when she saw how much I was leaving her. The food was good when we finally got it. This place reminds me of the Peoria location before they closed it.
Update: A manager called me and listened to my wife’s and my grievances. The manager made it right by understanding our complaint. She offered to comp the meal and we declined because we just wanted good service and food at a place we love with our grandchildren. The people in charge of this place are serious about having a nice family restaurant with good food and excellent service.

My family has been coming for years. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I ordered a steak I asked for it medium well steak and the food took more than 35 minutes to come out, the steak was cooked well done. I told the waitress if they could make me another one and she said ok. I realized it was gonna take another 35 minutes to come out and I told her never mind because by that time I lost my appetite. After the bill came out they didn’t even discount the whole plate. I asked for the manager he came out and told me he can only discount at that price. I told him if he was not gonna discount the whole plate to just make it. He raised his voice and told me he will not remake the plate. I will never come again.

Worst service ever. My wife and I are the only 2 at the bar. Others in restaurant. I waited 18 minutes for a refill of my drink. 2 managers stood 10 feet away for 15 minutes of the 18 and did nothing. Sad because my wife and I actually enjoy coming to this place. Honestly don’t know if we will be back. 2nd time I. 2 weeks had very bad experience here

What a waste. Came here with my family today after Christmas shopping and the service was beyond slow even though there was only 5 other tables occupied. Waited 20+ minutes just for our drinks and order to be taken. The food was cold in our tripple dipper appetizer and overall not an enjoyable experience. It was not busy by any means either. I love Applebee’s but we will not be going back to this location.

In a smaller town, not many places open late. Went there 1 hour before close, was not rushed. Enjoyed our late dinner. Was much appreciated!! Good and service were great!

Our service was near zero while employees (4of them) were sitting talking at the table next to us with a full restaurant. By the time our food got to us it was not only bland but disgustingly overcooked even after they asked how we wanted the burger cooked. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Not. Good. Raw chicken tenders cut up and put on my salad. Plus the fried food DRENCHED in grease. Dirty fryers, raw food and bad service. A trifecta, and the reason I will never be back.
