We stopped into Applebee’s in Moline, Illinois for a quick lunch. Great service, food came out fast and hot. Restaurant appeared clean. Food was great. We had the chicken lime salad bowl and bourbon chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

Unfortunately, our visit felt very slow from start to finish. We waited about 10 minutes before our server came to the table. Drinks were ordered but never arrived, and after 20+ minutes we asked for them to be canceled. Side salads took around 25 minutes, and the entrées came another 15 minutes later. When the food arrived, the chicken tenders were barely warm. We were there for about an hour and twenty minutes total, with minimal check-ins from our server, and even getting the check took a long time. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we expected.

I arrived at 530 pm on Sunday, was seated, and then sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The server at the two tables on either side of me were visited twice within that time. My money can be spent at other restaurants with better service. It’s too bad though. I do like their food.

I went there a few weeks ago and the customer service was horrible to say the least. Upon arriving I immediately asked to be seated in a booth away from the door because it was cold. I was seated up top in a booth. About 5 minutes or so pass and a server comes and says the section had been closed and that she would need to move us. I was agitated but moved. She literally moved us down 2 booth. At least 5 more minutes passed and another server came over and said “I don’t know who going to be your server, because this section is closed. But I’ll get your drinks”. ATP I was ready to go and did just that

This is our go to place for date night food is always good until tonight.I ordered the bourbon steak the flavor was amazing but the steak was nothing but a ball of fat I couldn’t even cut through it with a knife very chewy and had ro swallow big peaces I couldn’t even get it broke up even after chewing for a long time.I brought it home and fed it to my dog. This will still be my go to place I just will never order steak again.

Ordered Bourbon Street Steaks for dinner carside. Asked when I ordered if there was another cut available and Liz said no. I told her the last time we ordered the steaks were in edible due to being full of grissel. She said they have no way of knowing that. Thst we could try again and take our chances. We we did and got burned again. We will never order these again and won’t be going back to Applebees. This was Moline

All of our food was wrong. My friends was almost raw. Waited 15 mins just to be approached. I understand being busy but to wait an hour for our food for it all to be wrong. Plus getting attitude from the waitress. On top of her reaching over my food multiple time. Then going to another table with my food. Then all the grease in the food. None the less you can say we were very unsatisfied.

I ordered breadsticks with Alfredo and they were over cooked and hard. The Bourbon street chicken and shrimp, the shrimp were about the size of a nickel. The Chicken parmesan fettuccine was disgusting and I do not recommend it. This was a doordash order on 1/2/26. Food was terrible.

Ordered online with the app for a specific pick up time ordered well done steak topped with shrimp, three cheese chicken penne and a chocolate lava cake. I arrived after my pick up time and still had to wait 20 mins they said they were waiting for my side of bread understandable even though lobby wasn’t busy and there was several workers 20 mins for a side of bread ridiculous, however after getting home my boyfriend started to eat his steak it was completely raw we ordered well done the chocolate lava cake was cold like they didn’t even attempt to cook it complete waste of 50$ if the food is going to be priced so high they should have excellent quality this is grounds for me to contact a lawyer that steak doesn’t even look like they cooked it but maybe one min. Absolutely nasty

9/23/24 I usually save these words for the last. But REPEAT PERFORMANCE!!!!!! My stomach is in heaven. This good put me in a great mood. I’m fat full n happy. We has the bourdon chicken n shrimp. Cooked to perfection. The chicken and shrimp had a lil burn on it but moist n crispy. The mashed potatoes was thick creamy with grilled onions. I felt like I was eating in a 5 Star restaurant tonight. N Addie a wonderful n attentive waitress. N REPEAT PERFORMANCE
