Very lack luster.
Waitress was so indifferent, she Obviously could care less about us as customers or her job. Slow, wouldn’t smile, food just blah, plopped on the plate, not visually appealing.

The host was very nice and funny. Our waitress was great and was very attentive to us. But we had one problem. I had chunks in my ranch and i had asked what it was and they said the blue cheese accidentally got mixed with the ranch. How does that happen???? They went and got me a new ranch though and it didn’t have chunks so just check your ranch before you eat it.

Had a very good experience at this location, the waitress was super accommodating, and did a great job taking care of us. I like the newer menu choices, my steak and shrimp combo was perfectly cooked. Love the Ceasar salad before the meal. No reasons at all not to go back again, it was good on all counts.

It has been a couple years since I have come to eat here. Not happy to see the old Mexican salad gone. Happy there are a few things that haven’t gone away. I had really good Sriracha shrimp and beer cheese pretzels thank you Olivia for the good service. The Hostess Natalia was very nice. It was overall a good time.

Food has always been wrong whenever we go there so we didn’t go for well over a year. We decided to try it one night in efforts to stay local and I ordered a steak medium rare. This steak was very well done so they made another one.. which they barely cooked at all its was like they had just killed the cow and slapped it on a hot plate. Needless to say I didn’t pay for that meal like many others and I’m not willing to give this place another chance they definitely to find a new cook

My wife and I went there on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy, however we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly and took our drink order within minutes of us seating. Unfortunately, we waited for 20 minutes before we got our drinks and were able to put our order in. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for am appetizer and that came within 10 minutes and was quite delicious. The chips that came with it were fresh and salted quite well. Our dinners came within another 10 minutes or so…perfectly timed in that we were just finishing our appetizer. We both had perfect margaritas with our dinner (yummy) and I ordered the Trio Fajitas (steak, chicken, and shrimp) and my wife ordered the Ceasar Chicken salad. Both of our meals were quite delicious however my meat was a bit on the salty side… which is just my opinion. All in all, a yummy meal in which my only complaint was the 20 minutes we sat hoping to get our appetizers ordered while watching others who arrived after us got there food. What you’d expect from an Applebees.

Terrible service and rude employees. Ordered online for car side to go… Arrived on time, then waited 10 minutes and still no one brought out my order. I then went inside, the hostesses looked up from their cell phones at me. I told them I had placed a car side to go order and they just looked at me & told me to go to the bar then went back to being on their phones. I went to the bar where the bartender was also on her phone but was more polite than the other 2 girls until she realized I had a car side order. I tried to ask her if I was supposed to call when I arrived (which I did via the number on the sign but no one answered) and she said “I’m just a bartender” and ignored my question. The order was cold… Didn’t have almonds on the grilled chicken oriental salad and was given salsa instead of salad dressing. The steak wasn’t medium pink, it was medium raw. This was our first and last trip to the Sterling Applebee’s, highly disappointed. We would appreciate a full refund, but I know that won’t happen from this kind of staff, so we thought we’d give future customers a heads up with the type of service to expect.

Food was ok. Service was awful. We both ordered the fajita special, they were all out!!! I was finishing up my salad when Mike finally got his. We watched an elder gentleman, a Veteran, come in, get seated and receive menus and never get waited on!!! This was on Memorial Day… I watched him get up and walk out. How disappointing… I was more mad at that then anything. These young people in the service world need to learn to take time to wait on the older people, we are all going to be there, hopefully!

I don’t agree with the notion that Applebees is behind the times. Always interesting and new menu choices when I visit. Moderately priced as well, and now they even have some great drink specials! My wife tried the $1 rum drink of the month, the ” vampire”. I had the 20+ oz.. Samuel Adams Oktoberfest Lager for $4. Great service as well!

Applebees is normally very reliable and good food. Our most recent trip there with three was a bit disappointing. Service was slow though it wasn’t busy. The foods were all somewhat over cooked. The margaritas the ladies drank were served with barely two inches of salt rims and when returned for more, brought back only half salted. My large beer mug was not chilled or frosted either.
